  • "As Tenerife is a mountainous country there are lots of hills and steps to get around which wouldn't be ideal for older people or those with mobility difficulties. There is a little rocky cove near the hotel but isn't designed for sunbathing or swimming. There is a nice beach in Playa Paraiso which is a 20 minute walk or short bus journey. The hotel was clean and spacious with lovely views and good facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful."

    "There is a lovely walk on the cliff tops but suitable footwear is recommended and some good bars down a rooftop passage off the main street with bar games for big and little kids alike."

  • "Good range of food and drink available on the all inclusive deal which was good value with 2 young children with us. Several pools on the complex to have fun in the sun."

    "Walk and see the island and it's wonderful views. There is also a small park down on the promenade with seating areas."

  • "The hotel is really nice with really friendly staff, the only problem we had was the all inclusive. The evening meals always consisted of salads with not much else with it.
    After a few days these do get boring, we spoke to the manager who said it is not all inclusive it is full board plus drinks, as we pointed out they had seperate menus for the first two days one for paying customers and one for all inclusive, so therefore they are false advertising. The menus where then taken off all together and you could only have the buffet. So unfortunately after spending nearly £2500 on a 10 day all inclusive we then had to spend a further £500.00 on eating out. As i said i would stay at the hotel again, but not all inclusive, i wish now that i had taken notice of the other reviews that are posted"

    "We ate a quiet a few restaurants in the village and they where all really nice. We also had a few days in Las Americas, and a bar called Central Station was great, it is run by a Scottish couple who cant do enough for you"

The popular Vime Callao Garden is situated in the relaxing resort of Callao Salvaje and is ideal for those looking for a quiet break in the Canarian sunshine.

Accommodation

The comfortable one bedroom apartments offer well equipped kitchenettes, lounge area with sofa (which can be converted into a bed), satellite TV, separate bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with hairdryer, safety deposit box (payable locally) and a furnished balcony or terrace. Superior apartments are also available and are decorated in a modern style.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (19:00-22:30). Special theme lunch takes place at the pool area; Spanish paella. During meals wine, water, beer, sangria, soft drinks, etc are offered. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served from 11:00-23:00 at selected bars.

All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment

Sport facilities at the hotel include tennis, squash, mini-golf, four outdoor swimming pools and daytime entertainment with activities such as water gym, stretching, etc. There is also night time entertainment with special nights some professional shows.

Facilities & Services

The 24 hour reception offered all the usual reception services including money exchange, There is also an internet corner, TV room, laundrette and a small mini market on site so guests need never stay too far. Car hire and a wide range of exciting excursions are available from the medhotels representative.

All Inclusive General Info

The AI guests must wear an identification bracelet in order to enjoy the AI benefits.
