Nicola from Wigan reviewed the Barranco Apartments
"These apartments were clean on arrival but the cleaners did not clean the rooms in the week that we stayed. We did receive clean towels twice but they did not clean the rooms e.g. bathroom/apartment floors weren't mopped or the bathroom was not cleaned. I wouldn't recommend these apartments for people with any walking diffculty as the spiral staircase was a bit of a nightmare although none of us did fall. Pool area was very quiet a bit too quiet for us but if you like peace and quiet this won't bother you. Couldn't fault these apartments for location but not sure if I would stay there again because of how quiet the pool area was and the spiral staircase was a bit of a pain and the balcony was a bit small."
Top Tip:
"Because there was no pool bar we found a local bar just on the corner of the street called 'Ancor' the staff in here were very friendly and great for snacks. We tried the 'Tango' restuarant one night which was nice 9.50 Euros for a 3 course meal bargain!! Veronicas, Yates & Wigan Pier Bar only a 10 minute walk same for the beach. Wigan Pier Bar brilliant if you enjoy entertainment!"
