The Accent Inn Hotel in Burnaby North Vancouver had lovely large rooms that were very clean.The restaurant attached to the hotel was okay for breakfast.

Good value for Whistler & in a very convenient location for village & gondola. Large room with full size fridge, coffee-maker & electric kettle. Very noisy air-con, so we unplugged it and opened window instead. If I was returning to Whistler wouldn't mind staying here again as price & location good, very clean and beds were comfortable.

Clean, spacious rooms. Very central - good for visiting Stanley Park, Gastown, Robson Street shops etc. Can be noisy outside when the clubs empty the early hours of the morning but you are very close to the city's entertainment area. Breakfast available at minimal cost. Nothing grand but overall good value if you're on a budget. Can't see what people complain about considering the cost.

We had a fire alarm at 4.30am during our stay. There was no commun ication from hotel management whatsoever. Ther were very few staff in evidence. Those that were appeared to be young & junior. In addition I was on crutches & had to evacuate 20 flights of stairs. The leisure facilities are very poor standars. I would expect better from this supposedly upper market hotel chain. I cut my foot on the swimming pool floor. My wife slipped & fell in the whirlpool area. All in all an extremely poor performance

The hotel is within walking distance of all the major attractions Vancouver has to offer from the waterfront to Robson street, it really is well placed. We found the leisure facilities great with the indoor/outdoor pool great (even in the winter).

Very stylish, bright and spacious. The people are extremely nice and the restaurant next door (with direct connection to the lobby) is amazing - so is the room service. The rooms are very bright and modern. Not over-the-top decorated, yet cosy and spacious. We had a great time there. The location is "dangerous" for shopping addicts as Robson Street is a fabulous retail mile.

Great location and lots of great places for shopping. Pacific Centre is an underground shopping mall and perfect when it's raining. There was renovation from nearby hotel but could not hear anything from my room. The hotel lacked any leaflets on places of interest, however, the concierge was very helpful and very knowledgeable,

The hotel was great, it has a very relaxed feel about it although the leisure facilities were being renovated during our stay, we were offered the chance to use a nearby hotel. I am sure a harbour view would be great but I can not fault the city view rooms, they were large, comfortable & if you like a city view you can not fail to be impressed.

Standard double was small but cosy and ideal as a base from which to explore the city. Queen size, comfortable bed. Excellent maid service. Big TV, shower with a decent whoosh-force. No view to speak of (was an inner room looking on to a fire escape) but as we weren't planning on spending much time in the room this was no problem. Good (and free!) wifi available in the room was a bonus. Helpful staff. Public areas (lift, reception, halls etc) could do with an upgrade but are clean and tidy enough

Lovely hotel, beautifully refurbished and right in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Manager/ staff were also delightful, couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. One of nicest hotels I've stayed in and highly recommended.
