excellent hotel overall.But very little to do in the resort outside the hotel.

Had a fantastic holiday - everything was great. The only small comment I would have is that the room could do with a bit of decorating and we had a problem with our toilet, but they moved us within the hour to a new room.

The hotel was lovely,me and my boyfriend had a great time the food was nice and the people that worked there where too.The only thing that i think could be improved is the entertainment through the day and at night,but overall it was a great hotel.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the bedding was wet and had an awful damp smell which was unbearable. The room was horrific, dirty, tiny and needed a makeover. My partner and I found several insects in our food on different occassions. The "all Inclusive" activities and restaurants were unavailable, staff were very rude and we weren't even given our key and welcome pack on the first day. Our holiday rep overcharged us double for the excursions we booked and overall this has been the worst holiday ever!

I don't know how this accomodation is rated 4 star, as I have been to the Dom Rep before and this hotel is a BIG let down. It was more like "Butlins in the sun". All 3 people in my party suffered vomitting and diarrhoea as a result of the un-hygienic way the food in the buffet area was left uncovered for hours on end, and re-served at the following meal time. In the literature which was received at check-in claims there is drinking water on every corridor, this is not the case.

The food in the hotel was nice although lacked a bit of imagination sometimes regarding vegetarian choices. Entertainment in hotel was poor. The Mozarella Pizzeria as part of hotel was amazing! Golf course was excellent and cadies were worth their tip!
