3 Star Ametis Club Karam Hotel in Ouarzazate
The garden's hotel is nice, the rooms are big but very old. The diner was normal the breakfast was good.
4 Star Belere Hotel in Ouarzazate
An absolutely delightful modern Hotel with a more than helpful manager. This helped to make our stay here very memorable.
3 Star Ibis Moussafir Hotel in Ouarzazate
We had a brilliant view from our window over the Kashbah with the reserviour behind. Rooms were nice and clean, and everything worked well. There is a nice swimming pool for adults and children (bit shallow at one end). Breakfasts were adequate most of the time with occasional lapses with bread, butter, etc. As you may expect (being part of a big chain) it wasn't very Moroccan! It said that there was archery facilities in the pre booking blurb, we couldn't find them! As with the Ibis in Fez (which we also stayed at) the reception area were not over helpful. However, it satisfied most of our needs and we would stay there again.
3 Star La Perle Du Sud Hotel in Ouarzazate
Easily accessible. Has a swimming pool and outside bar area. Serves alcohol. Restaurant perhaps not the greatest - Tagine was very dry!
4 Star Le Fint Hotel in Ouarzazate
24hr reception was helpful as we arrived quite late.
4 Star Riad Salam Hotel in Ouarzazate
We were there only overnight between trips. Room comfortable but perhaps needs updating. However that is part of charm of the hotel. Nice grounds. Great breakfast by the pool but quite a few flies.
3 Star Tichka Salam Hotel in Ouarzazate
The hotel is adequate for tourists on a budget; although the hotel looked smart from a distance, our rooms were quite shabby (there was a broken window pane in our sons' room, our sons' shower did not work, the enamel/lining of our bath was peeling off, we had to sit sideways to fit on the toilets, as they were so close to the wall in front and the towels were old and frayed). Dinner in the hotel restaurant was good (varied buffet of hot and cold food) but pricey. It was nice to have a bottle of wine for a change. The breakfast on the terrace by the swimming pool was very good. The staff were courteous and helpful.
