2 Star Alameda De Jandia Apartments in Playas de Jandia
Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Apartment in ideal location, only approx 12 mins walk to morro jabble along a lovely promenade and close to many restaurants and a few bars. Beach only a few mins walk. For a 2 star apartment this is excellent. Seperate bedrooms - overall very spacious accomodation. We paid 15 pound extra (total week price) for a sea view and it was well worth it. There is no snack bar facility-only a buffet for all inclusive but then there are plenty of places nearby (plus of course own cooking facilities). Would definitely recommend this as a value for money hotel.
2 Key Aloe Club Resort Hotel in Corralejo
Lovely surroundings poolside amenities however food catered mainly for continental families, lukewarm meat and mainly salads at lunch and dinner. Staff very friendly and apartments large and well maintained.
2 Key Althay Apartments in Costa Calma
The staff in the hotel could not be faulted, however, the bar was understaffed, and a drink often difficult to obtain unacceptable in an all inclusive deal. A very drunken and disruptive guest was not adequately dealt with during our stay, making life uncomfortable for fellow guests and staff members. This conduct continued over a period of three days at the end of our stay.
4 Star Ambar Beach Resort And Spa Hotel in Playas de Jandia
Rooms exceptionally clean, no view. Food fresh & tasty, a bit lacking in variety - this is not a very big hotel and it is more 'budget' than 4*. Entertainment at night poor, daytime activities good. Kid's club - Not good. Very few children at the hotel during our stay. Warning: the supervisor left my child with another's parent (a lovely man! but that does not comply with any child protection guidelines). Indoor pool etc very good in bad weather. Gym very minimal. Overall - good destination if you do not pay much. (we didn't, we booked Travel Republic!!)
4 Star Arena Hotel in Corralejo
Having read mixed reveiws on this hotel after we had booked we really didn't know what to expect. we have just returned from 2 weeks at this hotel and had a lovley relaxing time. the hotel is really clean and of a good standard throughout, the staff were lovely helpful and friendley. the food which we had read bad reveiws on was good but not brilliant but beleive me it wasn't half as bad as other people had written, there was always somthig to chose from. the only thing about this hotel thet dispointed us was that the heated pool was not heated and was unbearably cold,as we had children with us they do like to play in the pool after a full day at the beach.Although this did actually get heated on the last day of our holiday,i think it should have been heated sooner. All in all a good alround hotel for a quite break, best suited for older couples though.
2 Key Atalaya Apartments in Playas de Jandia
No air conditioning, so might be best to take a fan with you. Quite a lot of steps up to the apartments,so need to be mobile. Very well kept, with changes of towels and sheets. Sun loungers on balcony. The pool is very small and deep, so a bit cold as well! Enjoyable holiday overall.
2 Star Atlantic Garden Resort Hotel in Corralejo
The apartment we stayed in was a little tired looking. However, it was perfectly adequate and the kitchen equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and two ring cooker. It was warm in the apartments even though it was February. There was no air conditioning available in the room so bear this in mind if booking in warmer weather.
4 Star Atlantis Dunapark Hotel in Corralejo
4 Star Atlantis Fuerteventura Resort Suite By Oasis Hotel in Corralejo
On arrival we were allocated 2 seperate rooms next door to each other, for 2 adults and 3 children aged 17, 12 and 10, instead of the two roomed apartment we had booked. The next morning we had a look at the 2 bedroomed apartment and decided we were definitely better off where we were!!!! Having 2 rooms meant we had 2 bathrooms (a bonus with a 17 year old!) and the position of the rooms was really convenient with a great view of the heated pool. Food was excellent with plenty of choice every at every meal, even freshly cooked meat and fish each night. My tip would be to have a good look at what's on offer before you start putting food on your plate otherwise you end up with a mountain of food cos everything looks so good!!! The Animacion Team were fantastic with a different entertainment programme each day for both children and adults, waterpolo, volleyball, boules, shuffleboard, basketball, ping pong and of course football! but there was no pressure and it was lovely to sit by the pool and relax with a book or just watch the world go by. Weather was a bit chilly and we did have some storms but when the sun came out it was lovely - don't bother having your hair done before you go it's sooooo windy! wait till you get home:)

2 Star Atlantis Los Barqueros Apartments in Corralejo
WONDERFUL LOCATION. STAYED HERE MANY TIMES. IT'S A BIT IN NEED OF SOME UPDATING BUT THEY WILL RUIN IT IF THEY CHANGE IT TOO MUCH
3 Star Bahia Calma Bungalows in Costa Calma
My wife and I had a fantastic time here in the Bahia Calma Bungalows. The accomodation was better than expected with plenty of self-catering items in the kitchen, towels were provided and we had a maid service daily. The main pool and poolside bar we used often - the menu was mostly German dishes and there were daily specials. The gardens and outside areas were cleaned every day.Every aspect of the holiday arrangements made by Travel Republic went like clockwork and the Monarch flight was the best flight we have ever had. Will be booking again for 2010 in the next few weeks.
4 Star Bahia Grande - Sea View Hotel in Las Playitas
The hotel was superb. All the facilities were in freat condition and even though we were in a self catering studio appartment there was plenty of space. What made the holiday so good was the excellent sports facilities and the exercise classes at the hotel. If you like an active holiday this is a great location. If you want more of a "Party Place" it may not be for you. The bars were very quite at night. Although we were there out of seeason in January
4 Star Bahia Grande Hotel in Las Playitas
The romm and other facilities were excellent. The only negatives were that the kitchenette which was very cramped and the cooking equipment very limited. TThe local village has a small but here was no heating which meant that after a dull day the room was a little chilly in the evening and the next morning.
2 Key Barcelo Club El Castillo Hotel in Caleta de Fuste
4 Star Barcelo Fuerteventura Thalasso And Spa Hotel in Caleta de Fuste
Excellent value for money. The food was very good but you have to remember it is mass produced so not up to al-a-carte standards which is what some people expect. The rooms were lovely and so was the pool area and beach bar. We had a fantastic holiday and would go there again.

4 Star Barcelo Jandia Playa Hotel in Playas de Jandia
Superb chill out hotel with excellent food.
3 Key Barcelo Puerto El Castillo Hotel in Caleta de Fuste
Accomodation was excellent. Clean, spacious and very well equipped and furnished
4 Star Bluebay Palace Hotel in Corralejo
We'd recommend the Bluebay Palace very highly. It was very comfortable, with spacious, well-fitted rooms and comfortable beds; also good balconies. The restaurant was very pleasant and the buffets were varied and on the whole well-prepared food. There was always a fresh grill, and the salads were varied. Not wildly exotic food, but well above average. The pool area was delightful and the sauna/jacuzzi area excellent. (The gym was closed for repair while we were there, but looked to contain more equipment than hotels usually do). The staff were very friendly and helpful indeed. I would recommend Bluebay for anyone except very young people; our 31 year old son was with us and he enjoyed himself. The proximity of the "strip" and the beach means that if you want more life than the hotel offers, it's easy to fin.
1 Key Bouganville Apartments in Nuevo Horizonte
The Hotel-area is fine and is keeped in good condition. The Appartment is very "basic", old and without television/radio. Appartment cleaning good and almost every day.
3 Star Brisamar Apartments in Corralejo
relaxed, informal, friendly and welcoming
3 Star Broncemar Beach Hotel in Caleta de Fuste
A party member did have an incident that I feel was dealt with unsatisfactory but am still addressing the problems
3 Star Caleta Del Mar Hotel in Corralejo
I thought the hotel was great for what we paid. The only thing was that it was a lot further from the city then it showed on the map, it took about 40 min to walk there and then 40 min back. The other thing was that the pool was ice cold, it would have been nice with a bit if heating. The kids pool was kind of dirty and really cold.
3 Key Caleta Dorada Hotel in Costa de Antigua
Club Caleta Dorada has really good accomodation for the price, the two bedroomed bungalow was very spacious and well equipped. Everything was close at hand and the pool was great for the children, although it could do with being heated in the winter months! The reception staff were very helpful and dealt with any problems quickly. The restaurant staff were also very efficient. Food was the only disappointment with the same offering each night, no local cuisine and recycled food for lunch! It was bearable for a week but I could not have coped with two weeks of it.
2 Key Caleta Garden Apartments in Caleta de Fuste
We have only returned back from our hoilday a week ago. This hotel was lovely and really clean. We would return back this hotel...
2 Star Caleta Playa Apartments in Corralejo
this apartment was on two floors and could be awkward for the very young or anyone with mobility problems
2 Star Casa Catalina Hotel in Costa Calma
Hotel as good the only problem was the area is to german, Next time will be going to corraejo Asthe beaches allow nude sunbathing could have done with it to be allowed by the pool.
2 Key Castillo Beach Apartments in Caleta de Fuste
This is a quiet and peaceful place to have a relaxing holiday. Even though the resort is almost at the top of the hill the walk to the restaurants and bars is enjoyable.
3 Star Castillo De Elba Hotel in Costa de Antigua
Staff where excelent Hotel was good food good, very quite but in january we couldnt have exspected more
2 Star Castillo Playa Bungalows in Caleta de Fuste
Ideal location. Clean, value for money. Cleaners came in every day. Could be uncomfortable in the height of summer as the bungalows are not air conditioned. No charge for TV. Just £10 deposit for the remote, refundable on departure. Staff friendly and very helpful. English speaking.
3 Star Castillo San Jorge Antigua And Suites Hotel in Caleta de Fuste
Really enjoyed our self catering holiday but could have done with a kettle!

3 Key Cay Beach Villas Caleta Hotel in Caleta de Fuste
3 Star Club Costa Caleta Hotel in Caleta de Fuste
Food Average / Entertainment Poor / Not enough staff at all inclusive bar . One guy running the bar plus the snack bar (Long Q's)
4 Star Club Drago Park Hotel in Costa Calma
Although we had a great holiday and the hotel was pretty nice, the sunbeds were really old and quite a few of them were broken, they were also very scruffy looking and we thought for a four star hotel they should have been a lot better. Food was really nice and plentiful, although breakfast was same every day with lukewarm water to make tea and coffee! The resort is very quiet and shops and restaurants are in pockets of areas away from each other.
3 Key Club Las Olas I And II in Corralejo
We enjoyed our stay at Las Olas room was clean & all staff were friendly & helpful. Not much entertainment but is a quiet time of year. Food was ok seemed more variety at lunch than dinner but we never went hungry. Had much more variety on alcoholic drinks than previous places we have visited. Overall thought it was good value for the money we paid.
3 Star Club Residencial Las Olas 2 in Corralejo
Not ever having been abroad for Christmas this was more than a pleasant surprise and one I would repeat again.
2 Key Complejo Cotillo Lagos in El Cotillo
Room was clean on arrival. Sheets were only changed once per week and recommend that although it was a 2 star given this is a beach hotel they could change these more frequently. Our room had a balcony which was not facing the sun and the weather is a bit colder at this hotel in January so recommend to others request a sun facing terrace. Other than that it is a nice economical place to stay on the beach.
4 Star Corralejo Beach Hotel in Corralejo
hotel location is great, just a short stroll to the square and harbour, also right in the main area of restaurants and bars, hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and modern with everything you need. however if you get a room overlooking the street as we did it is very noisy!! and as the only request i gave was for quiet rooms this was disapointing, the hotel has all wooden floors so all noise echoes (footsteps, doors banging ect ) pool area is relaxing but pool bar and restaurant are both totally unorganised, never got the correct order from snack bar, and the breakfast was not the best, on three mornings there was no butter!! staff just said sorry, no butter, not good for a so called 4 star hotel. this could be a good hotel with a lot more effort and organisation.
4 Star Corralejo Villas Hotel in Corralejo
This was a very chilled out holiday, possibly because the resort was so quiet even for Fuerterventrura. The sand dunes were a 15 mnute walk from the villa and about the same the other way to the resort bars. The only downside for us was there was a group of 6 younger people in the next villa who would have been better suited to a hotel accommodation! We gave feedback to the villa owners that perhaps these should be rented to couples and families only.
3 Star Costa Tropical Apartments in Costa de Antigua
rooms are a bit tired but ok, no a/c so what it will be like in the hotter weather i don't know, hot water tank is small, so not quite anough hot water for two showers back to back. The bar ran out of beer three days in, had to get reception to call a barman anyway, as never there, the hotel was just ticking over due to off season?
3 Star Cotillo Beach Hotel in El Cotillo
WAS ALL ITALIANS NOT A BAD THING...FOOD WAS BETTER THAN EXPECTED. EVENING ENTERTAINMENT NOTHING SPECIAL BUT DID NOT GO AWAY FOR THAT WAS IN BED BY 10.30 EACH NIGHT. WOULD GO BACK LOOKING AT OCTOBER MAYBE. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY AND I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED EL COTTILO
2 Star Dunas Alisios Playa Hotel in Corralejo
The staff were fantastic, the food could not be faulted, very clean throughout, rooms clean and adequate, entertainment good for children
3 Key Dunas Club Apartments in Corralejo
hotel was compact but the rooms were quite spacious
4 Star Dunas Hotel And Villas Paradise in Playas de Jandia
dunas hotel and villas paradise is a fantastic holiday destination , lots of shops, bars, and restuarants, the beach is a short walk away. would we go back, absolutely.
3 Star Dunas Jandia Resort Hotel And Aptos in Playas de Jandia
On this occasion on visiting this resort we found the quality of food and drink very poor, the food was very repetitive, we could tell they had made cutbacks from previous visits the Beer was very poor, for the all inclusive deal. The lifts never worked and the lighting was poor to access the stairs.
3 Star Dunas Paradise Villas in Playas de Jandia
Complex very clean , Food very good and varied menu each night Shows at night better than expected
4 Star Dunas Stella Jandia Resort *** Hotel in Playas de Jandia
Superb but keep those brits coming even if only to annoy the germans
4 Star Elba Carlota Hotel in Caleta de Fuste
Food and hotel rooms very good but entertainment not too good. Had a great holiday
5 Star Elba Palace Golf Hotel in Caleta de Fuste
Lovely rooms, super staff, great facilities, fabulous dinners - BUT - poor breakfast (food in heated trays not replenished or old and tired) and smokers everywhere. Golf entirely separate and relatively expensive with start times difficult due to member and tour bookings, normal problem of slow play. Despite this we love the place and will be back - a real "grown-ups" hotel.
4 Star Elba Sara Hotel in Caleta de Fuste
3 Key Esmeralda Maris Club De Bungalows in Costa Calma
We would certainly return when we next visit Fuerteventura.
2 Star Estrella Del Mar Apartments in Corralejo
The apartment we had was very very well equipped and very well decorated. It had recently been done up. Everything was clean and comfortable. The place is very quite and it seems that the main residents are the ones that come time and time again so that gave the impression that people loved the place. The lady and Paul and Nigel who run it are very friendly. All in all I would recommend this place for couples (may not famalies too quiet for children and we get the impression that the "natives" of Estrella Del Mar would tut alot!!!). Would love to return especially to No.10 "Betsy". Could not ask for more.
4 Star Faro Jandia in Playas de Jandia
friendly staff, very good food, secure parking
3 Key Fuentepark Apartments in Corralejo
If its raining take special care walking up the steps to your room they are like ice , resulting in a badly sprained knee. The rain was heavy on one night resulting in a 8ft diameter pool of water in the living room and a small amount of water in the kitchen. To be fair they dont have rain gutters so what do yo expect.
2 Key Fuertesol Apartments in Caleta de Fuste
These apartments are very good value for money. When we were there they were extremely quiet i.e. low occupation rate, but we weren't sure whether this was due to seasonal factors or the economic recession. Our particular apartment was clean, well maintained and well serviced - the only reservation we might have related to comfortable but creaky beds! The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is only a short walk into town via an underpass, and once there you have a vast range of restaurants etc. to choose from. Many visitors seemed to rely on the handy local bus service, but nevertheless we were glad we had hired a car as it allowed you much more freedom of movement.
2 Star Fuerteventura Beach Club Hotel in Caleta de Fuste
we stopped at the Fuertaventura Beach Club Hotel resort and this was amazing, views were superb, it was clean, quiet, hot hot hot, staff were lovely, there was even a little kitten that liked to sleep outside our apartment and it was sooooo cute it just topped the holiday off.
4 Star Fuerteventura Playa Hotel in Costa Calma
IF YOUR EXPECTATIONS ARE NOT TOO HIGH AND THE PRICE IS REASONABLE THIS HOTEL IS OK. ALMOST ALL CLIENTELLE NON UK, BUT IT DID NOT BOTHER ME. FOOD VERY PREDICTABLE, AVERAGE AT BEST, BUT YOU WILL NOT GO HUNGRY. BE AWARE THAT THIS IS ORIGINALLY A LATE 70S/EARLY 80S PLANNED/ BUILT HOTEL AND THAT IS SHOWN IN THE STRUCTURE AND ROOMS THE LATTER OF WHICH ARE OF AN EARLIER TIME PERIOD. SIXTH OR SEVENTH TIME I HAD BEEN HERE. NO DIFFERENT THAN PREVIOUS. GENERAL WHINGE THAT ALL INCLUSIVE ENDS AT 11PM AND NO PROPER COFFEE IS AVAILABLE (SAVE IN SACHETS!!!) ONLY THE VENDING MACHINE VARIETY.. OVERALL RATING:- SEVEN OUT OF TEN ON A GOOD WEEK...
5 Star Geranios Suites Hotel in Caleta de Fuste
We have stayed here 4 times before, we like it because the hotel is always quiet,no fight for sunbeds and the location is fab. Rooms are cleaned everyday.
5 Star Gran Atlantis Bahia Real Hotel in Corralejo
It's the second time I have stayed at the Bahia Real and the standards remain high.
4 Star H10 Playa Esmeralda Hotel in Costa Calma
Excellent choice of food, friendly and helpful staff, Ideal if you are looking for a quieter holiday.
4 Star H10 Tindaya Hotel in Costa Calma
The "food" was garbage. We both got food poisoning.
3 Star Hesperia Bristol Playa Hotel in Corralejo
Very satisfactory hotel with beautiful sea views
4 Star Iberostar Gaviotas Park Hotel in Playas de Jandia
Excellent facilities, food & rooms, the best 4* hotel we've stayed in anywhere on the Island in our 5 visits in different resorts. Great to be able to use some facilities in other 2 sister hotels which actually have better situation, as they are 100ft 'in front' i.e. nearer to beach than this hotel but don't offer the lovely suite style rooms that we wanted. We had a suite with pool (& partial sea view) with a balcony & very comfortable bed(s) in the living area with separate bedroom. If not a family holiday, I would recommend either of these sister hotels (Gaviotas or Palace) especially latter as more for couples & older people. Pools warm enough to swim in (even in December) & throughout the hotel everything was exceptionally clean. Predominately german guests & our son was the only English child in 'Star Friends' kids club but the helpers were all multi-lingual & very friendly. An excellent holiday!
4 Star Iberostar Palace Fuerteventura Hotel in Playas de Jandia
The Iberostar Palace Fuerteventura is an impressively well-run hotel with good facilities situated very close to a fabulous beach. The staff are extremely pleasant, the food is good and the hotel public spaces and private rooms are spacious. The rooms have a small fridge that can hold snacks and bottles. There is plenty of free car parking right outside the lobby entrance. A supermarket and some other shops are five minutes walk away. There are many more shops and eating places within walking distance for those who don't mind a bit of a hike. Some negative points, though. Bar drinks and dinner wines are annoyingly expensive, especially given the relatively low rate of duty on alcohol in Spain. Not all of the rooms have a decent sea view. Ours looked over a fairly noisy main road. Some of the rooms look over the car park. Despite this we would certainly visit this hotel again. Very civilised.
4 Star Iberostar Playa Gaviotas Hotel in Playas de Jandia
Great hotel, great value for money, located on top (30m away) of the best beach of the canary islands in my opinion (playa de Jandia) It is a very long beach, white sand, shared by this hotel and another one only (think it was the Barcelo). The all-inclusive package is well worth it, with great breakfast (including natural juices, very important for me) and decent food at lunch and dinner. The landscape is great, very calm and relaxing, good swimmingpool and the best weather by far in the canary islands if you travel in the winter. What I didn´t like: Cocktails are bad (due to the all-inclusive probably) and MOST importantly, if you don´t eat at the established time frames when you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner, YOU CANNOT EAT!! due to a flight delay we arrived at the hotel at 9:15pm (very early for Spanish standards) and we couldn´t even pay for food. We were offered a couple of apples wich were obviously not enough. They should have a room service you can pay for or even a hot sandwich service at the bar. This is the only thing that made this hotel not get the 5 star rating!
4 Star Ifa Altamarena Hotel in Playas de Jandia
2 Star Igramar Morro Jable Apartments in Playas de Jandia
The holiday was wonderful, the only drawback was the pick up arrangement because the apartmentments were tucked away coaches could not drop you off outside but had to drop you on the road a little away from the hotel, but there was uncertainty as to where we were to be picked up as a shuttle bus was doing this also it turned up 20mins late & then took us to a coach it was all confusing and meant we were later getting to the airport.
2 Star La Concha Apartments in Corralejo
We have stayed at La Concha before and we were just as delighted with it. The appartments had been freshly painted and were very clean. They are set in beautiful well kept gardens and are only a few minutes from the beach and the many restaurants - yet in a quiet area. The only problem we encountered were when a group of noisy young men took over the appartment next door and kept us awake one night until 6am the next morning -however they moved out again later that day and peace was restored. I would recommend La Concha.
2 Key La Piramide Hotel in Costa de Antigua
I realy like staying in this hotel. I have now stayed there 3 or 4 times I am not sure. I love the walk along the route beside the sea past the chipmunks to caleta del fuste and I enjoy the exercise and even running. No chance of getting lazy when the beach is so far away. I am avery familiar with the area so know all the shops beaches etc. Weather this time was reasonable and of course I know how to use two sunbeds as a windbreak. I prefer to self cater so I know by now where to buy what and which shops are best value and sell what I am looking for. If you are not sure about spanish wines it may be safestto go rose.
2 Key La Tahona Garden Hotel in Caleta de Fuste
Most fellow holiday makers made use of the all inclusive facilities however, we only booked self catering. This was a bit of a let down as the complex had run out of kettles to hire so we had to make do with boiling water in a saucepan. Other than this, the rooms were adequate and clean. The pool area was really good with plenty of beds and space. Most of the things you need are within walking distance, shops, restaurants, bars, the beach and harbour. Pretty easy and cheap to use local buses, if you want to pop out to see other places.
2 Star Las Gaviotas Apartments in Corralejo
located on the beach with beautiful views.the nearet restaurants etc are about 15-20 mins walk. The accomodation is basic with no frlls .If you're looking for elegance and good quality accomodation dont stay here. We have stayed here before and would return as it suits our purpose.
3 Key Las Marismas De Corralejo Hotel in Corralejo
Limited range of food particularly at lunchtime on the all inclusive package Entertainment within the hotel very poor
3 Star Lobos Bahia Club Hotel in Corralejo
On the whole we had a very nice holiday and would certainly go there again, staff are lovely. Our apartments were typical 3star, basic but it was spotless - many thanks to our cleaner Rosemary. Even the balcony was spotless. When we arrived Rosemanry was cleaning the next door apartment but she stopped what she was doing and ran down the steps and carried a rather heavy case up to our apartment. Thankyou Rosemary. We are not "picky" so we found the food to be good. Even if anyone is picky there was always something one could choose and there was always nice bread We would have liked a variation in the desserts, maybe rice pudding, flan or jelly We were all-inclusive and we found it to be value for money. It was end of January so the hotel was not very busy. Large pools and well kept gardens.
4 Star Lobosol Paradise Apartments in Corralejo
a very good hotel gardens and pool area very well kept and laid out definetly one to remember
3 Key Lobosol Paradise Hotel in Corralejo
The biggest disappointment about the holiday was the transfers to and from the hotel. Please make sure your clients have the vouchers by either e-mailing it to them or posting them. On the whole the hotel was clean, pleasant and the staff were friendly. Being British however the rooms could have have done with some mugs and a kettle so that we could enjoy a cup of tea! Although the mini club was supposed to be for my children's age (10 & 8) they found it too young for them.
2 Key Los Alisios Playa Apartments in Corralejo
OK Hotel if Benidorm (the TV Series) is your scene. VERY VERY British, 8:15 sunbed towel run Very funny to watch, with a crazy Glaswegan entertainment guy. The staff are Great I must just add Always very friendly and incredibly helpfull. The Hotel is generally a bit run down and could do with some TLC. We had to move rooms due to a seized up Entrance door, it had rained that morning and because there was little paint on the door it swelled up and locked us out of our room!! A maintainence guy with a big screwdriver, a pair of pliers and a large shoulder had to let us in again. However the great staff had another room available which we moved into straight away problem solved. Would I stay their again Probably not, this is a case of you get what you pay for and we paid for a cheap as chips XMAS break, that's what we got. As for Fuerte, what can a say LOVE IT what a great island has everything.... Just a word on car hire We used Auto Riesen, and although the car wasn't bad it wasn't great either. We ordered a Ford Focus with instructions to let us know if this was a problem. Guess what we got a very slow Citroen C4 not a patch on the Ford. Very dissapointed with that so won't use them again. Next time I'll pay more and go with a company called CICAR everyone of there cars appeared well looked after and a higher spec than the most basic model.
2 Star Los Alisios Playa Apartments in Corralejo
Appartments although very well equipped and clean definitely need air conditioning. It would also be better if reception remained open after 12.
3 Star Los Delfines Apartments in Corralejo
we found the apartments were due to close for refurbishment but we were pleased with the accommadation it was clean and very roomy
4 Star Lti Esquinzo Beach Hotel in Playa de Esquinzo
4 Star Margarita Villas Hotel in Corralejo
The original villa we had booked was not avaliable to us which i only found out when we arrived at the resort at 10pm when we landed. I was obviously a bit distressed by this matter as it had already been a long day for myself and those in my party and the only thing we wanted to see was a bed. I rang to find out what had gone wrong and i was helped out by some of the most friendly phone operators i have dealt with. They did everthing they could to help out and resolve the problem. I can't remember the original name of the operator i spoke she was very good and did all she could do, i was passed on to her assistant manager who had a very calming voice and assured me the matter would be resolved. Between us i managed to find out where we had been moved to and was deligted with the alternate accomadation offered to me and my party.
2 Key Maxorata Beach Apartments in Corralejo
hotel in good central position.but could do with some refurbishment. kettle and hairdryer should come as standard. Staff very helpful. Well stocked shop on site.
4 Star Melia Gorriones Hotel in Playa Barca
Beem there for the past five years. It has gone down hill this year and we are considering somewhere else in future.
3 Star Montecastillo Club Hotel in Caleta de Fuste
very very quiet
3 Star Morasol Atlantico Hotel in Costa Calma
Minimal kitchen equipment - take your own kettle. There seemed to be a lot of stairs, so a bit hard if you are not quite so sprightly, like me.
1 Key Morasol Resort Hotel in Costa Calma
The bedroom we were given had no window, so was stifling - in January! What it would be like in summer, I dread to think. No sea-view room given as requested.
3 Key Oasis Duna Club Hotel in Corralejo
Only 1 of the 3 pools were heated (poor). Apartment in poor state of repair (poor). Apartment cleaned on frequent basis (good). Additional charges invoked for everything including (poor): - use of safe - use of portable tv in room - use of sports facilities
3 Star Oasis Dunas Hotel in Corralejo
The appartments Oasis Dunas Appartments had a good large varienty of food places and cafe plaza within the complex is a lovely place. however there should be an option to have air con in the rooms and also you could hear EVERYTHING in rooms either side of our own ! was quite annoying but overall the holiday was pleasant Carly Earnshaw
4 Star Oasis Jandia Golf Hotel in Playas de Jandia

REGULARY, FEEL LET DOWN,WE WILL "NEVER" USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN.AS FOR THE FLIGHT HOME,IT WAS 4HRS LATE,(1HR LATE OUTBOARD), AND "NO" FILM OR EVEN RADIO FOR THE 4HRS FLIGHT HOME, IT WAS NOT AIR MALTA,BUT A CHARTER, AND VERY TIGHT SPACES( BOTH SONS OVER 6FT WERE CRAMPED).WE AS A FAMILY WHEN ON HOLIDAY HAVE ALWAYS ACCEPTED THAT FOR THE PRICE,THE PACKAGE IS GOOD VALUE + REASONABLY CLOSE TO THE DISCRIPTION,BUT AFTER THIS HOLIDAY, WE ARE DOUBTFUL WETHER WE WILL BOOK AGAIN WITH T/REPB,AS WE FEEL REALLY LET DOWN
3 Star Oasis Royal/ Duna Hotel in Corralejo
One of the three pools was being refurbished which we weren't informed about. Apartments were clean and tidy.
3 Key Oasis Tamarindo Hotel in Corralejo
The food was pretty basic and not very good at all. Two of the children and 2 adults suffered severe tummy upset and were quite ill for 2 or 3 days each. Obviously we cannot be certain it was caused by the food but from then on we stopped eating at the hotel. Consequently we paid for an all inclusive holiday but for half of that time we ate off the complex. I certainly wouldn't rate it a 4 star.
3 Key Oasis Village Club Hotel in Corralejo
THE HOTEL AND FOOD WERE FINE BUT THERE WAS A SHORTAGE OF THINGS TO DO AND THE ENTERTAINMENT WAS NOT UP TO THE STANDARD YOU WOULD EXPECT ALTHOUGH THE STAFF WORKED VERY HARD THERE WAS A NEED FOR MORE PROFFESIONAL ENTERTAINMENT PLUS THE BEACH AND TOWN WERE A FAIR DISTANCE AWAY AND THERE WAS ONLY ONE BUS FROM THE HOTEL EACH DAY SAYING THIS WE HAD A GOOD HOLIDAY THIS IS MEANT TO BE CONSTRUCTIVE COMENTS AS THE HOTEL HAS A LOT GOING FOR IT
4 Star Occidental Grand Fuerteventura in Playas de Jandia
We stayed in this Hotel in June 2008 and the food was so much better this time there was ample food but not quality food i.e. steaks fish etc.
4 Star Pajara Beach Hotel in Costa Calma
Lovely hotel and staff, food generally good, never went hungry. Would definitely stay there again.
2 Star Palm Garden Hotel in Playas de Jandia
hotel exceptionally clean-staff friendly-food -a great improvement on our previous stay in October-there are plenty of restaurants-close by-as ever there is the location-it is central to the beach and general resort
2 Key Playa Park Club Hotel in Corralejo
Excellent = we have been before and will go again
2 Key Puerto Caleta Apartments in Caleta de Fuste
This was our 3rd stay at the apartments during New Year week and as usual very enjoyable. The staff are very helpful, apartments are very clean and a maid comes in daily except Sundays. Recomend for families, older couples ( 40+)
1 Key Punta Marina Apartments in Playas de Jandia
I loved The Punta Marina Apartments - They were by far the best budget accommodation I have ever stayed in. I loved the novel setting of the apartment over 3 levels. The apartments were cleaned every day apart from Sunday. The balcony was great - enough space for table and chairs and two sunbeds. The receptionist was very helpful. One thing that others should be aware of is that the reception is only open from 10am - 1pm and I arrived about 2pm. Therefore, I did not get any response from the main door buzzer, had to call the hotel's number on my mobile and the receptionist came over from another hotel to let me in. Not great after a lot of hours travelling to be left in the hot sun!
4 Star Rio Calma Hotel in Costa Calma
The first impression you get as soon as you arrive at Rio Calma hotel is more than great: impressive architecture and size, amazing outdoor space, pools, waterfalls exotic gardens... It definitely makes you wonder how much it cost to get built! And everything is really clean and well kept. However, the interior of the rooms doesn't match this. Not that they are bad at all, but not as luxurious as other 4* hotels I've been to. Services were also quite average: half of the gym equipment was broken, you needed to pay a lot to use any sports facilities (squash, tennis courts etc.), you also needed to pay 10 euros pp to use the spa and it would only be open few hours a day, room cleaning sometimes would not take place till late in the afternoon. Restaurant and food were good, nothing spectacular but you always found a big variety of freshly cooked food, salads, fruit and desserts. If it wasn't for the spectacular communal and outdoor space I would probably rate this as an average 4* hotel, but if you like to spend your day around and in the pool and the gardens admiring the views, then this is the place to be!
4 Star Riu Calypso Hotel in Playas de Jandia
The hotel was very adverage for a RIU and the amount we paid! It is old, dated and very tired. we had cockroaches in our room in the hall, we also spotted one in the dining area. however having said all that, the managment and staff try their best to make a silk purse out of a sows ear by doing there best to provide a great service. The service provided by the staff and managment was second to none and it was because of that service we dicided not to complain on our return. Also the resort is wall to wall Germans, which in its self isn't a problem, however the hotel was totally geared up for the Germans. It was advertised that the hotel has Satalight TV, indeed it did but all channels except two news channels were dubbed in german and spanish!! not one channel in english which i found very dissapointing and discriminating. i have booked many times with Travel Republic and ALWAYS had a good deal. Not this time!!
4 Star Riu Oliva Beach Resort Club Hotel in Corralejo
Very good quality service ,food etc. Decorations very "tired " ,made hotel feel dated. There seemed to be too many guests for the size of the facilities. Pools very limited . All inclusive meals etc ,excellent quality. Absolutely stupendous beach can be walked on to form the hotel.
4 Star Riu Palace Jandia Hotel in Playas de Jandia
Small, but very high standard hotel. Size of room was very big and luxurious!
4 Star Riu Palace Tres Islas Hotel in Corralejo
If you like beaches the sea, great food excellent staff and a chilled out holiday then Riu Tres Islas is the place to go. Evening entertainment was poor. Bar prices were high but the location the hotel the staff and the welcome were worth it! Overall 9 out of 10. We are 50 years of age and quite like a bit of music and fun but this hotel is very sedate but very very nice. The location is quite amazing!
2 Star Rocamar Beach Hotel in Playas de Jandia
These apartments are in a great location with good standard furnishings (although the bed was a bit hard). Fantastic views from all apartments overlooking a lovely beach. Locally rated as 2 keys but would give it more. No air con, so I don't know if that could be a problem in summer. Very clean with complementary water and sparkling wine in the fridge when we arrived. Not for anyone with walking difficulties as it is very hilly. Short stroll to beach, supermarkets, shops and the village of Morro Jable with a selection of restaurants. On the whole the cost of food is higher than the UK. Mainly German holiday makers, very few English (if that bothers you).
4 Star Royal Club Fuerteventura Hotel in Playas de Jandia
The 'Royal Club' could not be better! I would not recomend the food at the main hotel. The service and staff were all excellent.
5 Star Sheraton Fuerteventura Beach Golf And Spa Resort Hotel in Caleta de Fuste

3 Star Stella Dunas Jandia Hotel in Playas de Jandia
We stayed All Inclusive and we had 0.5km walk to the main hotel elsewhere on the complex where we had to take our meals. However the food in this 4* hotel was excellant both in quality and variety. The complex is built on a hill so there are a lot of steps, and there was a nearby venicular lift but it was broken down, so for older people I would recommend staying in the main hotel. There is a mini train operating during the day which can be used as transport around the complex which we did use on a few occasions, but this stopped at 7pm. For location of our room with a sea view and quality of food alone we intend to stay here again next year.
1 Star Studios Matorral Apartments in Playas de Jandia
good holiday.main beach (jandia playa i think, has alight house in the centre) gets very windy and a bit of an endurance test, but if you drive 10 mins up road and follow your nose you can drive down to areas that have shelter from the wind.plenty of shops/restaurants,usualy go to el cotillo but came here for a change.will come back again.
4 Star Sunrise Club Paraiso Playa Hotel in Playas de Jandia
The hotel was good; I have stayed there before. I have just noticed that our rooms were supposed to have a side sea view. Neither of us did. We looked straight on to another block just across the walkway!

3 Star Sunrise Monica Beach Hotel in Costa Calma
The hotel is very tired, but is being renovated. It is very clean, and the staff were very helpful at all times. The food was not wonderful, but was alright, and certainly plenty of it. Most of the guests were German, which was not really a problem, but it was nice to have a chat with fellow countrymen from time to time. We were there for three weeks, and really enjoyed ourselves. The gardens were really lovely.
4 Star Sunrise Taro Beach Hotel in Costa Calma
Sea view wasn't what we were expecting - there was a sea view beyond the roof below our balcony but could hardly see it!! Asked to change but nothing available any better. We were the only English holiday makers in the hotel. Food was v. good; staff excellent. Entertainment at night was O.K.
3 Star Villa Florida Apartments in Caleta de Fuste
The flight was delayed by 5 hours, no complaints, but our holiday started late. The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel (Resorthoppa) didn't appear and we got a taxi. No refund. The Hotel (Florida Appartment Villas) swimming pool was under reconstruction. The alternative was closed after 6pm. I think we were the only hotel guests staying there and consequently all their bars/cafe/restaraunts were closed. The reception was open occassionally, but the staff were unsympathetic. Our room overlooked a busy street.
4 Star Villas Del Sol Hotel in Corralejo
We stayed at the Hotel Villas del Sol. We have been having a Spring holiday in Corralejo, Fuerteventura, for many years and this was the best ever. The villa was larger we expected, light and airy, Immaculately clean. It had everything we needed.Sun terrace , garden, table and chairs, sun loungers, tv, although we only found one english news channel. Dvd player , music centre, Iron , washing machine., (which I admit I used to was clothes prior to pur return and they dried in hours out in the sunshine and saved me the tedious job when we got home) We had our own swimming pool and the garden was completely private and not overlooked. You do need a car to get into Corrie, but after one walk through the main street where I am sad to say you are now harrassed by touts trying to get you into their restaurents constantly, we were glad to get back to the beautiful peace of our villa and away from the touristy hubbub. This would not suit someone who likes laid on entertainment, and if you have young children then the pool would worry me. But we had the best time ever and will be returning. The weather was fab and we got all over tan because of the privacy that these villas afford.
4 Star Villas Oasis Papagayo Hotel in Corralejo
Could not fault villa The complex was lovely very clean Staff were very friendly Towels changed every day Would recommend it
4 Star Villas Playitas Hotel in Las Playitas
Great resort. Villa really was 4 stars.
3 Key Vip Villas Hotel in Caleta de Fuste
villa was fantastic but our transfer to the airport didnt speak any enlish so we couldnt arrange the return trip. We tried to ring the numbers provided but none answered. we had to book our own taxi which was annoying as we has already paid in advance
4 Star Xq El Palacete Hotel in Playas de Jandia
We booked this as a last minute break and was truly amazed at the service provided by great deals. The travel confirmations arrived within the hour and everything went according to plan. The Hotel we could not fault, the service was first class, attention to detail superb. The choice of food was wide and varied and could not be faulted. We travelled with a little one, who always enjoyed the food, espcially the desert section. The postion of the hotel was prominent in the resort close to restaraunts and overlooking the beach. Our room and every room in the hotel enjoyed a sea view.
