Latest review snippet:  Cleaned daily and replaced towels and sheets every other day. The toilet seat had a nasty crack in it. Also the chairs on the balcony were tatty and dirty - therefore, never used them. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool and pool area cleaned regularly and looked spotless.
