"The hotel was nice. Small and set a little back from the Beach its ideal for those looking for a 3* near to Nissi Beach. The Hotel itself had a lovely cafe area, where you could sit and watch the day go by. The breakfast was what you would expect for a 3*, a week is probably enough, any more and you may get a little tired of the bacon, sausages, melon, toast etc. The pool is relatively small, and there are sun loungers all around the pool, it never seems to get busy which is a bonus if you dont like getting up early to get down the pool. The rooms are what you would expect, nice and clean, air conditioned and they all seem to face out away from the pool which was a little strange. The location of the hotel is towards the end of Nissi Bay, its a little walk down to the restaurant, not far ~5mins, which is why i havent recommended for older people (plus no lifts at the hotel). The beach is also about 5mins walk away but not far at all in my opinion. Whilst staying here you are able to use the sister hotel, Nissi Beach Resort, facilities. We used their pool a fair bit as its larger and the grounds of that hotel are beautiful.

In summary you get what you pay for and this hotel delivers everything you would expect from it. If you want large buffet food, loads of hotel entertainment then you should go for a 4* plus, but if you are happy to have a clean hotel that serves its purpose choose this one.

One note, ive read loads of reviews about the grumpy man at reception. I met him too but he wasnt bad at all, just smile and he is fine :-)"

"Booked through Travel Republic my 3rd time using the co, good value and simple to do with helpful staff. The hotel has just got a 4 star rating which I think it deserved, it is very contemporary the rooms although not huge they are comfortable they have a kitchenette with all mod cons and plugs are the same as home (if you want a decent cuppa bring your own). All the staff were very attentive and helpful regardless of what you wanted it was never to much trouble. There is a private beach with various water sports but you have to pay 2.50 euro for a bed. The lounges around the pool and grassed areas were incredibly comfortable and big, there are also some the size of a king size under a canopy (sheer luxury). The hotel is ideal if you are looking for peace and tranquility. We booked half board as food is expensive, the breakfast didnt vary but dinner was a set menu served at the table (hope you like meat) as this is the main diet. Not much in the way of evening entertainment but we werent fussed. Situated outside the main area of Ayia Napa, walking takes about 45min which is fine if you enjoy walking. There is no shortage of cabs along the way. All in all a good time had with no complaints. I will be back. p.s the hotel manager is a nice piece of eye candy."

"The apartment was very basic but clean. The maids changed the towels on a daily basis.One downside was you had to pay an additional almost 60 euros for air conditioning which was essential in June. Overall for the price paid not too bad."
