  • "In the main the holiday was pleasurable with very good food and service, there are 3 issues which I need to mention, I had to request a room change due to electrial safety reasons with having a young child in the room, secondly there were a number of members of staff who claimed that they were customer service staff who would assist in any problems that occured, in reality they were pressure sales staff! I did make it very clear that the impression they were giving was false and incincere. finally, at the most important the rep from coco tours failed to turn up for the welcome meeting, and despite a number of failed attempts over the two weeks, I did not manage to speak to him at all, it was actually a rep from another company who helped in ensuring pick up times etc were provided, I would certainly not use coco tours again in the future for that reason."
