  • "We think this hotel is dangerous. The lift broke down when we were in it and fell several metres before coming to a halt when it hit the bottom of the shaft. The noise it made terrified us and our sons back was badly jarred necessitating a visit from the doctor and subsequent x-ray. The hotel management did no more than was absolutely necessary and at no time did they seem concerned about the incident. On another occasion my husband and son were standing on the balcony of our room when they saw a rat run across the balcony of the room below."

  • "places are a little 'tired' however improvments are taking place for refitting. Staff and helpfull food is adiquit although not much imagimation from the cheif."
