"The Mercure Inn is a fantastically friendly hotel. It is the best hotel for service and for making friends with other guests as it is not as impersonal as some of the bigger hotels. We love this hotel and have made lasting friendships with fellow guests and hotel staff. The hotel staff arranged personalised trips for us to Hurghada, Aswan, and Cairo which were absolutely wonderful."

"Hotel perfectly situated for easy access to all historic sites and the Corniche. Staff extremely friendly and attentive, room adequate size, quiet and very clean. Room cleaner very talented at making wonderful 'towel sculptures' to leave on the beds!
Travco reps in Luxor VERY GOOD, helped enormously through airport both ways and arranged good value excursions. Cannot recommend enough."
