"The room was very clean and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable.
The food is ok, and I always found something to eat, but if you are particular about your food then this might not be the hotel to stay at using All Inclusive.

Very enjoyable stay and would definately go back to this hotel."

"Brilliant location for beach restaurants etc
Hotel is definitely not a four star, more like an average 3 star
Pool area and pool could do with a good cleaning!
Certain hotel staff are exteremely perverted and a certain member of staff was sacked and hopefully after we are home he isnt employed by the hotel again! Athough saying that there were a lot of lovely staff!"

"it is certainly not 4 star food is horrible though the staff were very helpful would advise anyone not to go all inclusive it is cheap as chips to eat out plenty of nice places to eat and drink .the hotel entertainment was rubbish it never started till 10.30 and the bar for all inclusive closed at 10 when you could get a drink it was in a small plastic cup to mouthfuls and it was gone .gave up in the end cos i just stood in a cue for 10 mins to get one drink nice place though shame about hotel will never go to that hotel again if it was free ."

"When we arrived at the hotel (4 hours late due to a flight delay), they could not find any reference of the our booking. They tried to call the local agency but at 11pm on a Sunday night, funnily enough did not get any answer. They confirmed that we had paid and showed us the 2 rooms that they had available. One was a ground floor room, a superior sweet with a terrace overlooking the pool. The other was a second floor room with no balcony overlooking a brick wall. We settled for the ground floor but after requesting a higher floor, we asked to switch the following day - this decision was aided by the fact that I had a lousy night's sleep as i could hear people running around outside, and even keys in the lock of our room! We move to a room on the 3rd floor, where we stayed for the rest of our holiday but the shower was piteful and not very warm to say the least. Breakfast did the job, but was glad not to be all inclusive as i would have got very bored of the food very easily."
