"Having stayed here it wasn't so awful as the reviews suggested but then I paid bugger all to stay here! Had I have paid more than £100 I would have been severely hacked off! Don't know which country's rating makes it a 4 star but defo not uk!!
The all inclusive drinks were a joke (which improved we time - we even got a real glass a couple of times) and watch for the bar manager trying to rip you off by selling imported spirits at £50 a bottle. The rest of the staff were really helpful and accommodating.....our room was fine, very clean, air con worked, bathroom functional (once we sussed out the shower). Sunbeds - get there before 7 am and you might be lucky (but if you are nice to towel man he will remove towels from unoccupied beds). in all really good for the money we paid but our promised free transfer never materialised and we wasted the first night of our holiday trying to get to the hotel, having been up since 4am.
Dvd the barman was brilliant
Free bus to beach just drops you and you have no idea where to go - its about 100 yards down a wee hill, few beds and brollies and a wooden jetty. Beach shoes are a must, cheap enough in hotel shop.
Generally - run down and dated but I don't go away to stay in the hotel too much - you get what you pay for. Crockery and plastic beakers all damaged and even had a cola which tasted of pernod once so guess it wasn't cleaned properly. Food was well cooked and prepared but there were some very strange items (fried aubergine for breakie....) and it was repetitive. Would I go back? Yeah, if it was cheap enough but have many places yet to explore so who knows."

"Very friendly hotel staff and good size rooms, but needs some updating on deco. Not as high rating as the internet lets you know... that was the only negative comment from my lovely holiday."

"generally a good hotel, certainly good value for money as it is very reasonable.

Set a little back from the busy Naama bay, but this can be a blessing. Hotel is really clean and organised, and the staff are very friendly.

Always plenty of food and variety, and generally very good as far as all inclusive goes.

Hotel itself is clean and tidy, but could do with a general facelift.

All inclusive stops at 10pm which can be a bit early.

Transfer company left with out us at the airport, but luckily only £10 in a cab.

Got to tip for eveything so take some American $ as $1 are handy for this. They will accept Egyptian pounds, £, $ or Euro happily."
