"I think the hotel could do with a little more enterainment around the 8.30 - 10.00pm hours. After dinner we were a little lost as to what to do, until the entertainment started at 10pm."

"was transferred without explanation to the baron resort hotel, they sid we would get an upgrade but i had already paid for the upgrade at the palms - turned out to be a better location for us.service was 5 star,hotel rooms -3 1/2 - 4 star.the staff could not do enough for you and the all inclusive was really good.the cost of phone calls at the hotel were really expensive.A really different type of holiday, not for people who do the Spanish type holiday.Hotel had various theme type restaurants the best of which was the Egyptian one,great service/food and the manager was top class. "

"Arrived at Baron Palms Hotel only to find that there was no room for us. We were told there was a lovely room available at the Baron Resort Hotel and we would not be dissapointed. However, I was not to happy as I knew that double booking does happen so I took it upon myself a few weeks ago to phone reservations at Baron hotels which are based in Cairo and they assured me that all was well with my booking. Having said this we were taken to Baron Resort where we checked in straight away and taken to our Pool,Sea View Room. It was a lovely room and met with our approval. Evening meals for first three nights were very poor then as if by magic they vastly improved. Their new manager of about one month has lot to do with it. He takes the time to listen to guests and is always on the rounds of all departments and keeps the staff on their toes. The staff are very hard working,very kind and so polite. Yes, I and my husband would go back for another sunshine holiday, safe in the knowledge that we would be well looked after. I shall therefore rate the Baron Resort and not the Baron Palms hotel."

"on arrival at this hotel we were told we were being moved the its sister hotel The Baron Resort. We were not very happy about this, but decided to wait until the following day.to see what it was like. It was a very good decision, as this hotel, in our opinion, was far superior to the Baron Palms.so we opted to stay where we were. The pool area was lovely. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. nothing was too much trouble. The food was very good,plenty of choice,always hot and beautifully presented. during the day, the staff at the pool came round with cold face towels to help cool you down. It was little touches like that, that made our stay there very enjoyable. We would definately go back."
