"Went for a few days away for a Germany v England game and absolutley ideal, rooms were clean and to be fair, quite smart! There was something on at the bar each night and beer available for a decent price to take back to your rooms. Ideal for stag doos, football away days...lads birthdays etc"

"The plumbing in hotel was dreadful,Tap & Shower dripping all the time.(could not turn off) Cold water at basin trickled out.Hot water very good.Room was dark,all dark wood panneling & quite old.Not light & airy.But there again it was cheap.But stayed in better for similar price."

"The hotel had been recommended by a friend and it was as good as she had advised. I was in the red house which was excellent and quiet. The room was very large and the bathroom/shower room seemed to be new and was also excellent. I would recommend the hotel. The u-ban was some 200 metres from the hotel and 5 stops in to Alexanderplatz. Maybe not so good for older people who might prefer to be central. The area was slightly run down with grafetti on the walls but this did not put us off the area."
