"Hotel was fab, and enjoyed the view from the roof bar, and the breakfast and facilities were fine. As a one-off error, I was given a room key to a room that was already in use, but the staff eventually sorted it out, but this did take around 30 mins to do so. Location isn't that great, and although it was centrally based, the surrounding area was somewhat seedy, and I would not have walked in certain areas on my own after dark. It was fine in the daytime, as the shops were open, but groups of men tended to hang around in the evenings, so a bit intimidating for lone students."

"Excellent location and this is the best feature about this hotel. Clean and comfortable. Lovely view from rooftop and excellent outdoor pool for summer, although indoor pool is small and the changing facilities are poor. Room was nicely furnished (we had a superior room on the top floor) but the view was restricted and the shower screen was broken, so if we used the shower we flooded the bathroom. Internet access was fast and easy to use, although quite expensive. Breakfast was good but a bit limited in terms of food choices available."

"Extremely helpful personnel on reception. Very well appointed room, clean and well decorated and maintained. Very good breakfast, good choice of food. Warm and comfortable. Well placed for all travel communications, bus or metro to airport only a few minutes away and all other buses, trolleys and metro and trains very conveniently near. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."
