Sukhbir from Ilford"Hotel was advertised with a heated indoor pool, the indoor pool was not heated despite repeated requests that the pool was to cold to swim . I was advised it is heated only during the winter months. There was little activities available for my 8 year old son. Air conditioning did not work in our room."

carole from Normans Bay"Hi,This was a 5* hotel a few years ago but not an english 5* now. The hotel was very clean, well kept. The food was very nice and the staff were helpfull and really friendly. I have only good things to say about my stay. I didnt see any nightlife spots close by. The entertainment in the hotel was enjoyable for families and more mature adults. The sad part was the way some of the English tourists behaved. I would like to appoligise for the way in which some treated the hotel and staff. The interesting part is that they were the same people moaning about it not being a 5* hotel.HA HA!!! Would they know how to behave in a 5* hotel?!? Maybe it being all inclusive for the price it was, gave it away that it was not 5*any longer."
