  • "enjoyed a very relaxing holiday here in june 09 . it is a 4 star hotel - public areas and dining room were excellent. we had a sea view room in the main building - the view was five star the room was basic tourist class and badly needed upgraded. not in keeping with the rest of hotel. it is on a steep drive way so not suitable if you are not fit. the walk into agios centre is 10 minutes you need to walk on the road for some of the time but it was not a problem. staff were extremely pleasant . entertainment at night was limited to a piano player. the views and the food made this holiday."

  • "The hotel staff made is feel very at home, nothing was too much trouble.

    Rooms were cleaned immaculately every day, friendly staff & it's located in one of the loveliest low-key resorts i've ever been to. Everything about this place is fantastic. Highly reccomended!! We had a perfect holiday here and would definitely go back if we were to visit Crete again!"

  • "Hotel was clean, maid service every day including clean towels daily. Food was good but a bit repetitive. Animation team was good for the kids. Booked a superior room which was really a standard room with a mini bar, fridge and room service. NEEDS MORE TOILETS, there is only 1 for main restaurant and bar and 1 for beach and pools.
    Rinela is NOT suitable for the disabled as there is many steep and high steps all around the resort. Overall would rate hotel 4 star Our room 3 star."
