A traditional A Class hotel, which was built in 1982, and fully, renovated in 2005. Located on the beautiful island of Rhodes and is situated right on the magnificent sandy beach of Faliraki, just 12 km from the city of Rhodes and 2 km from Faliraki centre. The Calypso Hotel is an ideal choice offering the unrivalled views of the blue Mediterranean with excellence in service and supreme facilities. Accomodation

The hotel has 323 elegant twin rooms (2-3) with sea view or inland views. There are 7 floors accessed by 3 lifts. All rooms have a fridge with complimentary welcome drinks on arrival, air conditioning (1st June – 30 September) balcony, and bathroom with shower/bath, hairdryer. Beach/pool towels are changed every 3 days free of charge. Local satellite TV, radio, safety deposit box, and telephone.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of Continental & English breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:30-21:30, with theme evening once weekly), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant (non-smoking). During lunch & dinner draught beer, local draught wine and soft drinks are offered. Also at the disposal of the AI guests once per stay is the A la Carte restaurant with beer, local wine and soft drinks as well. Hot & cold snacks are available between 10:00 & 18:00 at the snack bar as well as light snacks such as pizza & toasts from 18:00-02:00 at the bar. Ice cream by the scoop can be found from 10:00-21:00. Tea & coffee time with assortment of cookies is from 10:00–22:00. Locally & international produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, draught beer, spirits, wine by the carafe, coffees and hot chocolate are served from 10:00-18:00 at the snack bar & the pool bar and from 18:00-02:00 at the bar.

All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment

Sport facilities at the hotel include gym room, sauna, basketball, beach volley, tennis, darts, table tennis, sun beds & towels at the beach & by the pool, non-motorized water sports (pedaloes, canoes and windsurfing) and supervised mini-club in the mornings & afternoons (6-12yrs). An international team of entertainers is organizing sport & social activities during daytime as well as shows in the evening. Live music takes place three times a week.
