"Although the decor in the rooms was a little dated it did not detract from the cleanliness of this hotel, the bathroom was immaculate and the towels of excellent quality were changed every day. The beds were very firm, but still very comfatable, bed linen was also changed every day.
The restraunt was kept immaculate, tables were cleared and clean cloths put on after each person had used them, the staff were very friendly and helpfull. The food was of international variety, with plenty of choice, however I did feel that there could have been more Greek food on the menu.
The hotel grounds were large and spacious with a large swimming pool, also plenty of chairs and sunloungers so there was no need to bag one early lile in some places. The pool bar staff were extreemly hepful, an soon knew you likes and dislikes, in fact as soon as you turned up they almost had your drinks ready.
Entertanment was done by two Tunisian men, and whilst there was ony two the made agood job of looking afer everyone.
In all it was a very successfull holiday and if we went to Rhodes again I woud be happy to retun to this hotel."

"Good hardworking cleaning, bar and restaurant staff. Attractive gardens and excellent beach front location. Faliraki is a bit tatty and the central location near amusement park was a bit noisy from our room. With windows closed and a/c on, it was OK, but aircon was deficient.
Food good overall with wide selectioon of buffet choices and 4 theme nights a week. Some local dishes were salty and puddings repetitive. Other snacks, etc during the day OK.
Room was in need of refurb, but reasonable size and bathroom recently redone. Aircon in room was not up to it!
Overall good value for money on an all inclusive basis."

"The rooms were a long way below the 4 Star classification of the hotel. They are around a 2 star. The hotel generally is nice and tidy but the rooms are disappointing. our room had old furniture, some broken and we were given an even worse room to start with but kicked up a fuss. the food is ok and the drinks were free."

"The hotel looks like a 4star outside but unfortunatly the rooms is worth only about 2 stars, and the beds really hard. Right on the beach and staff at hotel very friendly"

"food awful!!!!!! evening bar staff extremly rude and seemed to have a problem with english people."
