"GREAT HOTEL AND LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT LITERALLY ON THE DOORSTEP OF THE TRAIN STATION IN FLORENCE NO BAR IN HOTEL BUT COULD USE THE BAR OF THE SISTER HOTEL B & H AMBASCIATORE RIGHT NEXT DOOR GREAT STAY WILL NOT HESITATE TO RETURN WHEN I BOOK MY NEXT TRIP TO FLORENCE FURTHERMORE THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT AND GREAT VIEW FROM THE BREAKFAST ROOM!!!"

"The hotel was well located for the centre of the city, and had a nice entrance waiting area and helpful staff. They spoke good english although there was a muddle about my wake up call which came 30 minutes later than requested. I had specifically asked for a quiet room but it was on the side of the hotel above a bus route, I could hear the bells from the Duomo and there were a lot of sirens during the night. American papers were available to borrow from the entrance each morning. There were areas to read on the first floor which were attractive and there was internet access and a computer. The bedroom was shabby chic, functional and very clean. Breakfast was buffet style and comprehensive although coffee and juice were from vending machines and tasted like it. Overall I think that the hotel had more to offer than some of the significantly more expensive hotels that my colleagues were staying in and I would stay there again."

"Friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. New tram system being constructed just outside the hotel, work starts at around 07:00 each morning with attendant noise. Bedroom comfortable. All in all a very pleasant stay (we're early risers so tram works not a problem). All of the main tourist sites within about 10 minutes walk. Very close to both bus and train stations."
