"We booked a superior room. When we arrived they only had classic left. They moved us into the superior as soon as one was available and left a box a chocs in the room to apologise. Excellent staff, very polite. The pianist in the bar was excellent. Unfortunately some of the other resident were a bit unappreciative."

"Pros * Good selection of food for breakfast (cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit (apples and oranges), peach slices, pineapple rings, melon chunks, three different pastries (including pain a chocolate, croissants), coffee, cappacino, tea etc) * Clean * Good size room Cons * Some staff were inattentive (receptionist in particular), but some were lovely. * Lots of traffic noise (but this appears to be a common feature in hotels in Rome) * Our double bed was two singles pushed together (but with a double sheet and duvet etc) * No shower curtain and shower was not fixed to wall (you had to hold it to shower)"

"This hotel was just what we wanted, the rooms were very clean and tidy the staff went beyond what you would expect, the most helpful I have ever come across, the only downside was the lack of a bar or somewhere where you sit and chat and meet others, tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be nice. Its situation was ideal for all the main attractions all within walking distance and loads of places to eat and drink only minutes from the hotel."

"very nice intend to return and will certainly stay at this hotel again. Breakfast was good Near Cental Termini about 10 mins walk"
