"Very pleasant and helpful staff, largely clean and orderly. Rooms to the front are very noisy from the busy main road but staff were quick to allocate a quieter room when asked. Good breakfast buffet. Reception and lobby were being refurbished during my visit, so should be quite up to date soon."

"Althought the hotel is classed as a 4*, I really can't see how that is justified. I have stayed in 2 other 4* hotels in morocco in the past and the standard is much higher. I would say it is closer to a 2* or 3* to the most. Its the first hotel hat I have visited which give actual keys to lock the room (no card system!). There is no safe in the room and no currency exchange facility. The room had an empty fridage (although if something is requested it is brought to you immediately). There was a TV although no English channels (not even english news)."

"I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. We arrived at 9.30 at night and the hotel staffed took ages to confirm our booking and provide us with the key to the room. Once we got into the room it smelt, had unclean towels and sheets with marks and rips in them. I was bitten all over by something that was in the bed, including on my face. The shower did not work either. The most negative part of the hotel was that it was above an extremely noisy bar and next door to a club. The music played loudly until 4am and when it went off there was noise from everyone leaving. We had absolutely no sleep and were left bitten to bits. This ruined the rest of the travelling as we could not make on the sleep. When we asked the receptionist to phone for a taxi in the morning he stepped outside and spoke to a taxi, which we could have done ourselves. As we went to leave he sais we had to pay him for the phone call that he hadn’t even made!"

"A very good quality hotel,friendly and helpful staff,centrally located,good variety of in house restaurants,bar and entertainment to satisfy all tastes I would certainly stay there again"
