"The hotel was reasonably comfortable but the staff were few and far between and not really on the ball. We would not recommend booking restaurants or excursions through the hotel as they are all out to make a commission on the recommendations. Quite difficult to find by car as the city is very badly signposted and there isnt any signage for the hotel on the street. Car parking can be problem as there is limited access to the hotel from the few off street parking bays We only had breakfast here and it was okay if you stuck to cold the hot food was pretty awful and we wouldnt recommend it at all. Dont drink in the bar its quite expensive and closes very early."

"Very unfriendly staff at reception, perhaps due to Ramadan. Stale pastries at breakfast, also perhaps due to Ramadan. The room was fine and cleaned daily. The shower was pretty tiny but at least it worked and the hot water was constant. All okay considering the price."

"the hotel was very good value for money. The rooms clean and spacious. We insisted on a different room as we did not want to be in the basement. It is easy to get a cab to and from the medina or new town, and quite honestly, nice to be away from the crowds after a hectic morning. The pool is fab, but slightly spoiled by the load music they play all the time. Perhaps it needs to be confined to the evenings. The breakfasts were not great. The orange juice waterd down, and the breads did not seem that fresh. There was little choice and things kept running out. However, would consider staying there again."
