"We Stayed In This Hotel In August 2008 We Booked And Paid For 5 Days
But We Only Stayed For 2 Days Directly In Front Of The Hotel There Is
A Nightclub And Disco The Noise Is Unbelievable We Had 2 Hours Sleep
In The 2 Days We Stayed There Also There Is No Swimming Pool And If
You Go By Car There Is No Carpark On The Other Hand The Hotel Was
Very Clean The Room Was Good And The Staff Very Helpful And Understanding
Would I Stay There Again (NO WAY) Could Not Get Away Quick Enough)."

"The hotel avenida is not where we were dropped off! We were dropped off at Hotel Clube Rocha. We then had to ask the hotel reception where our hotel atually was. After a 15mins wait he told us to walk upto the high street and gave us directions. Transpires that the Best days taxis do not go upto the high street as they are not allowed. So we had to walk and then find our hotel via the local police! You may want to add additional directives regarding getting to and collection from Hotel Avenida!

Also the lift was out of order for around 2 and half days I was on the 5th floor thank god I wasnt on the 7th Id be an olympic athlete by now!!"

"When we first arrived I was a bit disappointed with the hotel as it doesn't have a pool and looks a bit run down. It is also across from a nightclub on the main street which depending on what you are looking for can be good and bad. The rooms were very clean though and we had maid service every day."

Property Summary

Location

All the rooms have private facilities and have a panoramic view from their balconies of the extensive beach and the sea. Rooms are comfortably furnished with twin beds, double walls between rooms and double glazing on the windows. They are also provided with Satellite Television, direct telephone, wi-fi interner access (at a extra charge), Mini-Bar and safe.

There is a breakfast room traditionaly decorated.

Small white traditional style building.

The location is ideal, the hotel is very friendly and service orientated. Good Value for Money. DDS 03/08
