"The Bahia Serena was fab!! It was incredibly clean and tidy. Apartments are cleaned daily, with towels changed on request (so that in these 'green' times, not too much laundry is created and water wasted) and by staff who couldn't have been better. The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful. Generally it was just great. And what was even better is that there were hardly any Brits in the place! If you don't like that, then don't stay there. It is predominantly Spanish people who stay there. The pool area is huge and very clean. It is safe (with a lifeguard always present). There are loads of sun loungers, and definately no need to get up early to put towels out - it just doesn't happen! And the location is brilliant too - right on the sea front and promenade, and within easy distance of shops and restaurants. It scores 11 out of 10!!!"
Top Tip:
"The Roquetas beach is immaculate - no rubbish like you get at home.
There are 2 restarants very close to the hotel - Ayda and Europa - both of which serve excellent food at good prices. The staff are incredibly friendly, and are amazing in the range of languages they can speak. They'll even help when I try Spanish and don't get it quite right!!"Bahia Serena Hotel check-in Date:
