  • "After reading reports on the internet we thought we may have made a mistake booking this hotel but we found the location suited us the Staff were very helpfull, chearfull and polite. As we had a car we found parking an issue ,the local car park was 12.70 Euros for 24hrs so we parked just away from the old town and walked in (about 10 mins walk)The meals were good although basic but we never expected 5 star treatment. The room we had was very clean although basic and the maids came in every day to tidy up.
    In all good value for what we paid."

    "We went over mainly to see in the New Year in and the fireworks must have rocked Spain, the group that played in the square were Spanish and they had the crouds dancing in the streets.
    We had a good time exept for the rain on Saturday night but even the Spanish cant control the weather"

    "The Pop Inn bar in Carrer Ricardo. Very near the beach. Run by Mark and Sally. Excellent English food. Great beer, great atmosphere"

  • "There was a small window that you couldnt get to to open never mind see out of.
    the air conditioning unit sparked when you switched it on and off
    but the food was great"

  • "quite a good hotel, but the room with balcony/terrace needs to be changed, yes it did have these but not where one could sit and see any views, my roomwas in the middle of the building, and the view was of the open shaft like space down the center,
    Still, keep cirtains drawn you didn't see it.
    Nice staff, food reasonable,"

The Alameda Hotel is located at the edge of the Old Town of Benidorm, with shops, bars, restaurants, tapas bars and night life. Just 100 yards away from the beautiful Levante beach, and close to the main shopping streets. It is an ideal location for any one wanting to be close to the centre.

Accommodation

All rooms are tastefully decorated and fully equipped with modern facilities and amenities including air conditioning or heating, telephone, TV, bath and shower, safety deposit boxes (at a local charge) and terrace or balcony. There are 7 floors, and 68 rooms with a lift.

Facilities & Services

The hotel has a buffet style restaurant providing a range of cuisine and a saloon bar that also gives access to an outside street terrace. Air-conditioning and heating in public zones, TV room and safe (for rent). The bar is open 11.00-15.30, and 19.00-22.30.The buffet style restaurant serves breakfast 08.30-10.00, Lunch 13.00-15.00, and dinner 20.00-21.30. There is a sun terrace located on the roof, with seating, sun loungers parasols and a shower, the views from the terrace are over the sea.

Useful information

Located 60 km from Alicante airport, 143 km Murcia airport and 152 km from Valencia airport. For transfers the coach cannot go directly to the hotel and guests will have a short walk with their luggage; taxis can go directly to the hotel.
