"Cleaners made a lot of noise in the morning from 7:am onwards. I don't think they liked you having a lie in.
Other than that no complaints. great value for money."Top Tip:

"Firstley it was not a 3*hotel it was 2* appart from that it was ok for the money we paid The staff were nice and the hotel was very clean.The downfalls were you got no sun at all and the pool was shaded,not even a sun bed out.The food was what to be excpected for the *rating not very good at all,but appart from that we had a good holiday,flights on time and brilliant weather.Would we stay there again probably not.I must say the reception new we were on an earley morning flight,and did us a picnic bag to eat at the airport which was much appriciated."
Top Tip:
"the Jarrow Lad was a nice place to have a drink and snack ,in a lovely spot overlooking Pontente beach.The staff were very nice people."Camposol Hotel check-in Date:

"The hotel is a 2 star and not a 3 star as stated, very clean throughout, but food is very limited in choice especially for English people, although we had paid for half board we ate out most nights.
Don't expect a good nights sleep ! we had what sounded like an industrial washing machine above our room (607)that started up at 8 am every morning, also walls very thin so a lot of noise from other rooms.
Hotel is very Spanish Biased, sometimes you felt you were intruding !!
Reception staff could have been a bit more welcoming (especially to English guests !!
Occasional smells of sewage in rooms and cigarette smoke in corridors.

"We normally pay to stay in 4 * so I was very apprehensive about staying in a 2* I need not have been, it obviously isn't the ritz (as we didn't pay ritz prices) however for a basic 2* hotel. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the change of towels every day, there is not a great variety in the food however I thought the quality was good. (in fairness to the hotel my husband ate more at this hotel than he normally does, most probably because he didn't have a lot to choose from). The only downfall to the hotel is the unfriendliness of the staff (apart from the cleaners) they act as if they are doing you a favour for being there and not the other way round. It is close to town (but up rather a steep incline) 5 minute walk to beach and ten minutes back. Drinks no dearer in hotel than in some bars however check your change."
Top Tip:
"Vincents is ideal to stop in on the way back to hotel, however you need to like karaoke as one night is the same as the next. lots of little bars and restaurants in old town side streets (five minutes walk away). Turn right at end of main round (By beach) and five minutes walk away, you find the Jarrow lad and the coach & horses were a warm welcome can be found."Camposol Hotel check-in Date:

Hotel Details - Camposol Hotel
The hotel was built in 1972 and renovated in 2000. It consists of 6 floors and 130 rooms, of which 10 are singles and 120 are doubles. This hotel is situated in the old town of Benidorm in a busy area 800m from the old port and only 1Km from the Poniente beach. The location enables guests to walk easily into the old part of Benidorm where one can see all the small side bars in the narrow streets or visit a typical Tapas restaurant and taste a bit of local Spanish life.
Accommodation
The simple rooms are fitted with an en suite bathroom, telephone, TV and depending on the time of year, central heating / air-conditioned.
Food & Beverage
The hotel has a bar that serves drinks and small snacks. The hotel restaurant is run buffet style with international choices and is available for breakfast lunch and dinner.
Facilities & Services
The facilities include a lobby, a 24-hour reception, a safe in reception, one lift for all six floors, air-conditioned public rooms
Sports & Leisure
The hotel offers a small swimming pool with seating area and, a small terrace for drinks and snacks and an entertainment programme which consists of three times per week live music in the bar area

Located 60 km from Alicante airport, 143 km from Murcia airport and 152 km from Valencia airport. Also, there is a golf course 10km, public transport 10m, disco / clubs 600, bars / pubs 25m, restaurants 25m, and shopping facilities 20m.Public transport links, shopping venues, restaurants and bars as well as nightclubs are all within walking distance of the hotel.
