  • "I cannot comment on the Hotel as it was closed. I have no problem in recommending the area, central to all amenities and very welcoming people."

    "The Hotel, when available, provides an ideal opporunity to the Old and New towns. Close to the beaches in both directions.
    Transfer through the Old Town is a problem though."

  • "We had a great few days at the Canfali, I actually find it hard to rate. The accomodation wasn't the best but there was nothing wrong with it. The food wasn't the greatest but I've seen a lot worse. The people running the Hotel were very helpful and friendly, they attended to any problems we had instantly, (problems were minor). I would definately return to this Hotel. It must be one of the best views of the Benidorm Sth Beach, and sitting on the bar balcony having a beer in the evening....FANTASTIC. You could do a lot worse than book into the Canfali. It was just so hard to find with a car, and no parking made it a bit of a nightmare. So if you don't have a car with you it's great, if you do have a car it's not a great location."

    "Both beaches are minutes away no problems there, and there are some really good restaurants (too many to mention) in the immediate area. Loads of pubs, but can't comment on the entertainment side of things as that's not what we were after."

  • "Excellent service except for the fact that they couldn't find the key to our room safe and we were without one for the duration of our holiday. We were told that they would arrange a change of safe but this never materialised during our stay. However we did have, what we thought, must be the best balcony and view in the hotel!!"

    "We found lots of nice places to eat but we already knew the area and that's why we chose this area & hotel."
