"HOTEL AND STAFF EXCELLENT ONLY COMPLAINT THERE WAS NO CHANCE OF A SUN BED AT THE POOL THEREFORE HAD TO PAY FOR ONE AT THE BEACH EVERY DAY"
"After going to benidorm three time a year for around five years i have stayed in a number of differant hotels ie flamingo oasis,dynastic park,although the flamingo oasis was the best the ambassador playa was up there with the best very pleasant clean and tidy and the food was british oriantated so all in all a very good holiday and great hotel all round."
"Hotel was nice and clean. when we booked we asked for double bed but when we got there was 2 single disapointing.No sea view that was requested. the food was ok but more or less same every night they just changed the meat.hotel looked as if buliding work is half finished from our balcony room 310."
"Although the location of this hotel was great the biggest downfall was that you were unable to obatain a sunbed unless you were prepared to queue from 07.30 until the sun terrace was opened at 08.30. I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and never once spent a day around the pool due to the reserved sunbeds. The entertainment team asked me to complain to the reception , hoping the more complaints would result in something being out in place to stop this happening. When I expressed my concerns I was asked if I had read the posters which informed guests that towels would be removed after 15 minutes if left unattended. I replied that I had but I had not seen any towels being removed by hotel staff. To this all I received was a shrug of shoulders! The food was very basic to say the least. Every morning a menu was dispalyed , however some dishes ran out very quickly, so you could end up with something completly different. The rooms were fine for 2 people, although a little cramped for 3. On the whole I would not stay at this hotel again as there are so many to sample but I would use Travel Republic to book the next holiday. "
