"The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. This hotel is away from the noisier side of Benidorm. We were a party of 8 ranging from 42 -61years of age and found the hotel a useful base for our short break. The typical age range of those staying at the hotel was approx 70-80 and most were not English. Lovely outside area with a good sized pool.
We went on a full board basis - the food was buffet style and quite basic and not to everyone's taste."Top Tip:
"The area is good for shopping although you do have to walk approx 10 minutes to find the pedestrian area with the majority of shops,bars etc.
The Domino bar is an English bar and has good range of music playing at all times.

"All staff very welcoming.
An excellent mix of nationalities and age groups. Entertainment every night of a reasonable standard. Well worth going on a full board basis as there was a good selection of food available.
If you want a more quiet traditional Spanish hotel holiday chose the Benilux.

"nice quiet location,up a slight hill from the beach appeared very quiet during the early hours,a few bars and shops nearby but no clubs.Hotel staff very friendly and effficient.
Food was okay but geared for the spanish a lot of fish on the buffet,salad excellent all food was very good.
I would stay there again the evening entertainment was excellent for a 3 star hotel, and a good programme for young children during the day.
Outdoor pool was lovely and the surrounding area it was located within,allways a sun bed available.Waiter/waitress service for drinks at the pool /bar area,and drinks probably cheaper or as cheap as any of the local bars."Top Tip:
"I didnt bother with restaurants as were full board,however a lot if the local bars and restaurants looked very good with a nice selection on the menus.Poniete beach was a 5 to 10 minute walk,down a very slight gradient,okay for older people.Plenty of room on the beach.
The main road down to the beach very busy ,plenty of crossings but keep hold of little ones as allways, no touts or timeshare pushers,which made walking very relaxing.;"Benilux Park Hotel check-in Date:

Hotel Details - Benilux Park Hotel
The Benilux Hotel is located within easy walking distance to the beach and to the resort centre with bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife. Services provided are of the highest standard.
Accommodation
All 216 bedrooms have a fully equipped bathroom, sat-TV (free), air conditioning and central heating, and telephone. There is a linens change 2 days per week and towels change 7 days per week. All rooms have a balcony.
Food & Beverage
The Hotel offers the conditions to fulfil all the needs of a memorable holiday. It has a restaurant with air-condition serving in buffet style breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is also a bar and a pool bar. Half board guests will have breakfast, lunch and dinner on Christmas day, special buffet dinner free of charge on Christmas Eve and special buffet Lunch free of charge on New Years day (01/01). Half board guests can also swap dinner for lunch on New Years day.
Sports & Leisure
The Hotel has a swimming pool and a childrens pool, a play-area for children, table tennis, billiards, video games, a TV room, and a sun-terrace.
Facilities & Services
Benilux Hotel offers various services and facilities, such as access for disabled people (but no specially adapted rooms are available), multi-lingual staff, 24-hour service, foreign currency exchange, laundry, baggage storage, safe deposit box (extra charge, paid locally), and baby cots free of charge. There is also a spacious garden. The Hotel also provides three lifts, night security, air-conditioning and heating in public areas.
