"We have stayed at this hotel for many years now and think that perhaps they need to give it a little spruce up, rooms just showing signs of becoming stail.

The staff are helpfull and friendly, there is not a lot to do in the evenings as the tend to cater for the locals with their entertainment.

Having said that I just love the place."
Top Tip:
"A couple of minutes walk from the hotel is a super Chinise restaurant "WOK" a super restuarant at a very affordable price and you can eat as much as you want for around 8 Euro's a head. The best tip for the hotel is to stay away from the hotel bar, prices are really quite scarey and also increase in the evening, take the bus into town and save loads on your evening entertainment."

"The hotel is big, spacious, with a luxurious entry. The rooms were ok, like a travelodge/travel inn, but with great views over Benidorm. Big disappointment was the food. We were full board and found the meats/fish to have no taste at all, but there were always nice salads and deserts. I would give the food a 2 stars rating. Had much better before in 3 star hotels.
Location was quiet, about 10 minute walk from beach, and was a nice experience to stay in the highest (or biggest, not sure) hotel in Europe. But would not return with meals included.
The food was a big let down on this impressive hotel."

"stayed at hotel for second time, only thing for us that could be improved is the english breakfast! it is a bus ride into benidorm or about 1/2 hour walk along the beach but we love it!"
