  • "The Apartment was basic but clean. It was quite a large apartment with a nice balcony. The Apartment building/hotel is quite small with not alot of amenities. The owner lives in the building but we found he wasn't really in his office. We had a lot of problems with the air conditioning in the apartment. The owner kept turning it off and and we found the room was too hot in the evening. We had to buy a fan which we found did the trick. There is no pool but we were told to use the pool at the hotel Monika which is just across the road. This pool is very large with plenty of sun beds.
    We did find there to be a lack of good restaurants in Cala Finestrat. There was alot of pubs that did food but we really struggled to find any specialist restaurants outside of the main part of Benidorm."

  • Top Tip:

    "The Beach in Cala Finestrat is only a five minute walk away. It is a very small beach though and does get a bit crowded. However we found that if you were willing to walk another ten minutes you can reach the start of the beaches that run into Benidorm which are a lot nicer. We were misled about how far it was to benidorm town centre. It took us about an hour and a half to walk along the beaches into town. It only took ten minutes in a taxi though and was always under 10 euros."

  • "nICE AND CLEAN BUT VERY OLD FASHIONED. tINY BALCONY NOT REALLY SAFE ENOUGH FOR CHILDREN. mAN WHO OWNS THEM IS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. HE WANTED 120 EUROS DEPOSIT FOR THE APARTMENTS WE RENTED BUT I DOUBT THAT THERE IS ANYTHING IN THEM WORTH THAT AMOUNT TO BREAK. HAVING SAID ALL THAT, ITS NOT A BAD PLACE TO STAY FOR A SHORT TIME. BEACH IS A SHORT WALK AWAY BUT YOU CAN'T SEE THE SEA FROM YOUR ROOM."

    "NOTHING MUCH IN LA CALA THESE DAYS. BIT OF A BUILDING SITE TO BE HONEST BUT IT IS A GOOD BASE FOR GETTING OUT AND ABOUT. NUMBER 5 BUS OUTSIDE TAKES YOU TO BENIDORM. LA MARINA SHOPPING CENTRE IS FIVE MINUTES UP ROAD BY CAR. VILLAJOYOSA IS LOVELY AND STILL VERY SPANISH WITH SOME NICE RESTAURANTS. NO DECENT EATERIES IN LA CALA NOW THAT THE HOLE IN THE WALL IS NO LONGER THERE. MARINA BAR IS VERY NICE, BY THE BEACH, WITH FREINDLY STAFF BUT IT ISN'T BENIDORM PRICES."

Apartment Details - Jesus Apartments

Property Summary

Great bargain, this small apartment complex is situated a short stroll from Cala Finestrat Beach, within easy access of Benidorm centre and with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Apartments are well looked after by the owner/manager and consist of a bedroom with twin beds, kitchenette with fridge/freezer and two cooking rings, Satelite TV and all have a safety deposit box (local charge). All have air conditioning (daytime during the summer). Please note there is a €60 refundable breakage deposit per apartment payable on arrival.
