"The Bernat Ii Hotel in Calella is a lovely hotel. Although the room could have been cleaner than it was on arrival, everything else was lovely.
The staff was cheerful and kind.
The food (although not a vast choice) was of high quality.
I would have liked pool towels (as other 4 star hotels offer).
For 18 euros we were able to keep our room for 6 hours longer on our last day.

"Hotel very good - very clean, good food - we had interconnecting rooms for 16 year old and 12 year old this was ideal for us - pool very small for size of hotel (only downside) - hotel staff very helpful and friendly - entertainment in hotel every evening - excellent shows. Did not use indoor hotel facilities ie. pool, gym etc as weather was so hot. Beach 5 mins away - train station 15 mins walk from hotel - Calella to Barcelona about 45 mins (3 euros each) - great train journey along the coast. Visited Barcelona for football match (Barcelona v Inter Millan) - absolutely excellent stadium and worth a visit if in Barcelona. Definitely will go back to Barcelona not enough time."
Top Tip:
"Restaurants all close by to hotel - good good - good english pub called Alcatraz (2 mins away from hotel) - excellent food - good old english breakfast. Lots of nice small shops close by. Mini golf, ten pin bowling etc all close by."Bernat II Hotel check-in Date:
