"stayed at this hotel for a short break food not to bad staff pleasent always smiling great noise at night terrible just dont expect to get any sleep lots of students but we was that age once.would go back only for a few days though for a break."

"The way this hotel is run is appalling.The main clientele of this hotel is teenage groups from around euorope who are on there first parent free holidays.At night there is teenagers running on corridors shouting and banging on guests doors till the early hours.The food is standard 3 star for the price it was ok. It would be unfair to say it was not value for money.The room was clean and air conditioned and the cleaners did do a good job but I did give the cleaner a £5 tip on arrival asking for daily towels.The staff in this hotel are abrupt at times and do there best to avoid guests.I spoke with one staff member who said since the hotel started the all inclusive option staff had much more work to do with the same wages and no tips from all inclusive guests.All inclusive guests are treated as second class in this hotel thankfully I was HB.I attempted to buy two drinks on arrival but was ignored for 10 mins by the barman who was busy talking to his colleague I asked again and got an abrupt what you want.My guess is he thought I was all inclusive.On departure of the hotel we handed our room key in to reception in return for our passports.The receptionist gave us our passports without a single word being spoken by him no thank you no did you have a good stay nothing.The staff in this hotel dont give a dam about guests.My advice is dont book this hotel or the olympic I believe thats even worse.It appears the all inclusive option of this hotel as a downward effect on guests from staff due to tips."

"We were a little unhappy as we did not get the hotel which we booked, on arrival we were told that there was no room and we had to go to their sister hotel, this had alot of young dutch people in which were very noisy"
