"Just an average 3 star hotel. Clean and tidy and food was edible. Staff were friendly except for the miserable bar lady !

Very close to amenities and easy access to other resorts via the train."

"The staff were very friendly. Food was plentiful but a little boring. A cheap and cheerful holiday, you get what you pay for! worst aspect was the all inclusive guests who decided to consume alcohol like it was going out of fashion ....... these were NOT youngsters!"

"food terrible,hardly any choice of main courses,pigs trotters posing as pork chops,ai snacks same every day for mid morning afternoon and evening hamburgers chips and leftovers from previous meals.there was no childrens club ,entertainment on two nights only,there was only one lift that was constantly breaking down at least three times a day,with disabled and elderly people having to walk up the stairs,my 83year old father who has health problems had to do this several times at night on his way to bed,a complaint was made to the totally obnoxious night receptionist who just threw his hands in the air as if to say so i dont care,he did not offer any help,a weelchair bound lady had to be carried up three flights of stairs,i believe they checked out the next day.there are no positive things to say about this hotel except if you value your holiday do not go here .this hotel is part of the h.top hotels ,but a poor relation,we visited other hotels in the group and they are of a much higher standard."

"Average hotel, if not somewhat dated and tired looking, although the room was adequate, with ample storage space. The cleaning service was in my opinion is excellent and the maid on our corridor worked tirelessly and nothing was to much trouble for her.The food left a lot to be desired, however if you can stomache slops there was a variety of colours to choose from, its a pity that the kitchen is just off the main entrance foyer, because your nose gets a sample of what the offerings were each day a few hours before the meal was laid out and boy you dont want to be arriving the morning when fish is on the menu for lunch if you have a sensitive stomache, [ i didnt realise that i had until the 22nd Oct]. The hotel staff in general were pleasant. i would not go back to this hotel, as a 3 * it is laughable.......
