"hotel food always cold. coffie very poor. rooms clean but very thin walls no problem with service but dont agree with being out from 10am should be 12 like other hotels"

"This is the 2nd year we have stayed at the Pineda Palace and on both occasions we have found this to be very good value for money. The hotel is clean, the food is good and the staff mostly good natured. The only disappoint we had this year was the pool bar was closed. The hotel does cater for international clients."
Top Tip:
"Pineda beach is very good and cleaned daily."

"Hotel clean and fresh, reception staff need to be more customer focused with all nationalities and food is not hot but still good with a good selection although there is a microwave should you wish to warm your food up."
Top Tip:
"take the boat ride up the cost to tossa de mar that picks up from oposite the hotel, a good way to see the coastline and you can stop at some lovely places and get back on later. Its like a water bus."

"The Pineda Palace is a lovely hotel close to the beach. Our room was clean and tidy, however, we didn't get a very good view as we were facing the wall. We booked all inclusive and there was a very large selection to choose from, so Pineda Palace will cater for all.
The hotel only had a hand full of english people staying whilst we were there, but other nationalities were friendly and helpful.
The pool is a rooftop pool and this was rather cold, but maybe for the time of year ok.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The entertainment was a little bit boring some nights because it was just an electric organ. However one night a team of young people did a Grease show, the girls didn't put much effort in but the boys were hilarious so it's definately one to watch out for.
Overall I would rate this hotel as a 3 star."
Top Tip:
"Jump on the train 2 mins walk from hotel go to Barcelona only 6 euro and get off at Arch de triumph and enjoy the delights of the city!!"
