"Externally, these are beautiful villas with good views of the golf course and of the ocean from some of them. The pool was only a plunge pool - not great for children!Internally, we were disappointed with the basic bathrooms which were poorly appointed and had leaks and poor water pressure. There were only 4 cups and 2 teaspoons - there was a washer, but no dryer! Service was poor - noone showed us to our villa, so we had to locate it in the dark - nothing was explained to us and as we were handed our bunch of keys, I asked which of the 10 keys opened the front door! The receptionist did not know! Our daughter was sick at 9:30 pm one evening and as there is no spare bedding in the villas, we rang reception to ask for some - we were told that the housekeeper had gone home with the key and it was not possible to give us any more bedding. We asked if she would ring the nearby Sheraton Hotel [stayed here last year and thoroughly recommend it] to ask if they would lend us some as we had no covers for one of the beds. She rang us back to say that the Sheraton would not do this. I sent my husband round to the Sheraton reception to ask personally and they gladly lent us all the bedding that we needed and asked if we needed any towels or anything else. They also stated that they had not received a request from the villas receptionist. In our view this was appalling service."
