"The hotel was very spacious and clean and away from the noise but not too far from amenities. Beach was a short taxi trip down the hill. I picked this hotel because it was just up the road from my daughter who lives in Amordores so it was well situated.
Couldn not fault it and your prompt booking service. Will be booking my hotel with you again as have booked with you for the 2nd time now and had no problems. Many thanks"Top Tip:

"Great hotel, new, clean, well equipt and extremley spacious. Pool bar good for entertainment, food and a drink. Two separate pool areas, (one was heated) plenty of sun terrace for sunbathing, no problem with shortage of beds."

"Extremely well laid out accomodation. Sunbathing terrace set away from pool. Terrace well designed with glass and stainless steel borders giving lovely views out over valley towards the sea.
Probably because it is still quite new, accomodation was very spacious and had all required elements.
Only negative was that there is no air-conditioning. Fans can be rented from reception but not really good enough in high season. I understand that AC is there but not made available. One of the guest managed to get a room that had had it opened up. I believe these apartments were originally meant to be purchased and that AC was an option. It would make it much better if it was available throughout.
Nice on-site pool bar.
Amazingly, the first place we've been where sunbeds are generally not 'reserved'. You could easily get them throughout the day most days."Top Tip:
"Nearby Europa Centre is ok for lots of restaurants, but too many greeters, lots of these English who seemed to think that we all want 'English Brekkies (not my spelling!), Warburtons bread, and English bacon' and also the facility for the kids to have a WII. Not our taste though.
Nearby Amadores beach is lovely and has lots of very nice restaurants. Greeters again of course, but generally ok.
Didn't like nearby Puerto Rico. Basically a concrete jungle with wall to wall apartments etc. Awful design."Balcon Del Mar Apartments check-in Date:

Apartment Details - Balcon Del Mar Apartments
This hotel is located in the top part of the hill between the two famous resorts of Puerto Rico and Amadores. It enjoys a spectacular panoramic view of the sea and both villages. Its privileged position looking towards El Teide, will delight the guest each afternoon with the most beautiful and unforgettable sunsets.
Accommodation
The hotel comprises of apartments with shower/bathroom, living room, telephone, parabolic aerial TV and electric heater. Kitchens are equipped with kettle, refrigerator, toaster, crockery and glassware, cutlery and microwave. Cots are also available free of charge.
Sports & Leisure
The guest will find in the hotel games area, pool bar, heated swimming pool, children swimming pool, solarium, sun beds and umbrellas. Also available supermarket, laundry, internet in reception, luggage and courtesy room.
