  • "Friendly, helpful reception staff. Pool, gym & sauna all closed when we visited. (November) All areas were clean and tidy. Very basic catering facilities in Apartment. eg. No kettle, sharp knife or bottle opener. Can be noisy at night."

  • "The only thing going for this hotel is its location, which is right in the middle of Ibiza town by the port, so you can walk everywhere. However, the rooms were pokey and smelt of smoke, even though I asked for a non-smoking room which they said they dont have! The room was tiny and without any natural light coming in (the window looks out to a shaft in the building!) so you really didnt want to spend any time in your room... The staff were reasonably friendly enough, but they were unhelpful when it came to getting a late checkout as our flight was at 2.30am - reallly they should work that out before hand - checking out at 12pm when you have a flight at night is so inconvenient - someone needs to look into that when the bookings are made I would try a different place next time"
