"We were really impressed with this hotel, the food was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. We usually stay in 4-5 star hotels and this hotel was better than some of those."

"lovely hotel, lovely food, good entertainment, great location! would've preferred an all-inclusive wristband rather than a card between 2 of us, which, by the end of the week was a bit worse for wear!!"

"Bar staff to busy chatting up women to serve. Entertainment-did not hear any announcments during the day untill Spainish OAP's arrived then it changed,and the evening entertainment got better. Children's entertainment went on after 9pm.Nothing to do in hotel on rainy days, not even a film to watch.
Food always hot, plenty of it and a good variety.Clean and tidy everywhere-even washed the windows after storm!
Maybe could do with having a beauty salon (at least I could get my nails done on a wet day!)
Hotel excellent,entertainment needs to be sorted."Top Tip:
"Bingo at Charlie's(in english only) for cash prize in fact there was bingo everywhere alternative-quiz at Sea's+happy hour.
Take a plastic cover for your all inclusive card.

"A well organised, clean and well kept hotel. Two or three professional shows per week on an evening otherwise the hotel entertainment team which are pretty poor. Room booked for four is a three bed room with an extra bed pushed in making the room too small, but would be ok for three. Food is Ok with two or three theme nights per week but most of our party suffered from a stomach illness at some point. Hotel is situated overlooking the bay which is fantasic and the beach can be accessed straight from the pool area. Pool is split into three areas of different depths which is good and is well maintained. Lots of nationalities stay here, germans, polish, french, belgiums etc etc so be prepared. The entertainment team take forever with their quizzes and bingo etc due to speaking in all the different languages. The staff are really helpful though."
Top Tip:
"Fantastic beach accessed straight from the pool area with lots of restaurants and snack bars behind. Popeyes bar and charlies bar which are close by offer professional shows every night which are fantastic."Intertur Miami Ibiza Hotel check-in Date:

"Although hotel was clean and friendly, rooms were very basic. There were no power points in bedroom, with only a saving point in the bathroom. There was no hairdryer and when I asked the hotel if I could borrow one it took three days of continuous asking before one was provided. No towels for the swimming pool were provided although we were all inclusive."
