"We found the hotel and staff excellent but the only faults we found was we stayed in block 4 and it was extremly difficult to take our case to the room as it was up a long slope it would have been good if we had been offered help with the cases on our arrival. It was also a pity that the all inclusive part was a little limited on snacks that finished at 17.00 - 1800 hrs each day and drink finished at 11pm other than that would reccomend the hotel and travel republic without hesitation."

"Although a little out of the main resort a lovely Hotel. All the staff were friendly, helpful and worked very hard to make our holiday a memorable one. Especially the entertainment staff. The rooms were clean and spacious and we had a seaview as requested. The all inclusive option was well worth having and during the day there was a help yourself snackbar,which was kept replenished with fresh food throughout the day. In the main resturant the food was very good with plenty of fresh produce and choice. Again this is replaced freqently. Nice pools with plenty of sunbeds. There was a free bus to the beach which ran frequently."
Top Tip:
"Across the road and down the first street on the right and then first left passed the white apartments you join the promenade which takes you into the resort of Costa Teguise. "The hotel was of a good standard in cleanliness, food was of a good standard, childrens club was also very good. The beach was a free bus ride away which was also very easy."

"Not enough staff in bars, restaurant and snack bars. No table service at snack bar with 30 mins waiting time. Also cleanliness around snack bar and pool area very poor. The rest of the hotel grounds and rooms were very clean. We were only there for one week and even so the food was very repetitive and sometimes cold. Have stayed in Barcelo's before and this one was well below their usual standard. "
