"Lovely hotel - polite and professional staff who dealt with any enquiry promptly. Entertainment was good most nights, breakfast menu lovely, evening meals not as good (salads for starters were lovely), but enough choice to satisfy most people, just not to our taste as we prefer more choice. We stayed in a junior suite which was lovely and spacious - standard rooms looked nice from what we could see. Spa facilities were good, pool always had plenty of beds available (quite strict about not using before 10am). Would reccommend it."
"This must be the best hotel I have stayed at in the Canaries, the food was good and plentiful, the staff listened to what you had to say and were helpful at every turn. It is a 10 to 15 min. walk to the beach which we did not find a problem. Although I think it is good for young and old if it is a wild time you are after don't go here. We found it very restful and peaceful. The interior of the hotel is amazing."
"Lovely hotel in a peaceful and picturesque location set back from the centre. Good selection of good quality food with a different theme every day (ie Italian, Mexican..). Excellent pool area with three pools (one heated) and plenty of sun loungers. Just a 10 or 15 minute walk to the centre/beach. Good sized rooms and it looked like they all had a view over Costa Teguise, the sea and the pool. The food in the pool bar/restaurant was also excellent. Very clean. Luckily I ignored the 'bad' reviews from other past guests before I booked because this is one of the nicest 4 star hotels i've stayed at. Great value for money and caters for everyone."
"I stayed at this hotel for a long weekend. Very peaceful and the Spa facilities were great. There's no need to get up at the crack of dawn to get a sunbed! There's more than enough to go round. One area for improvement would be the food, although not the worst hotel food I've had there's definitely room for improvement. "
"Have stayed in this hotel before. It has recently been re-decorated and has new carpets throughout. Certainly 4 star standard but so are the bar prices! Stayed half board and food was first rate with plenty of choice to satisfy everyone. Hotel is about a mile from the beach and bars and shops. It's a pleasant downhill walk there but would recommend a taxi back - they are cheap enough. There are day time activities for the adults and a kids club for the younger ones."
