"We have stayed in other hotels in this group which had a 4 star rating and received better service, particularly in the restaurant and bar. We did speak to the management and received an a la carte meal, a bottle of Cava and some chocolates. The rooms are in need of updating. The outside areas were stunning but the poolside bar offered a very limited range of snacks and drinks. Entertainment in the evenings was of a very poor standard and appeared to be non-existent for adults and children during the day. "
