"AMAZING!!! really good location, 10 seconds from one beach, 20 from the other. not too noisey of a nighttime which you would expect from the location. Bang next to the strip of bars (but again not too loud) has a balcony overlooking the beachwhich is nice and cool in the evenings. no air-con so tis very VERY hot in the afternoon, but so worth it. PERFECT value for money. the owners are soooooooooo nice, but dont speak a lot of english, would be VERY useful if you can at least understand spanish. "

"Just returned back (9/6/08) from a lads weekend. Wasn't expecting much for £11 a night each (three rooms of three). But i have to say i was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were basic, but clean and tidy and for a boozy weekend they were bang on. They're situated right in the thick of the action, so i was expecting a lot of noise. However i slept like a baby every night (could have been the alcohol). If you're after a cheap lads weekend, Kensington apartments are just the ticket."

Apartment Details - Kensington Apartments
Only 100 metres from the centre of the resort, and within 50 metres of Bananas night club and Bar Poco Loco, these apartments are well placed for a lively holiday. Opposite the Kensington is a supermarket and a bank, plenty of local snackbars and tapas restaurants. The golden sands of Playa de Son Matias, is just 100 metres away and offers watersports. Palma Nova is one of the most favoured spots in sun-blessed Majorca, with its three sandy beaches, shallow waters, lively shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and discotheques, which make Palma Nova busy and attractive by day or night. For the energetic, here too are wealth of exciting sea sports with sailing, windsurfing and waterskiing all readily avaiable. Another important reason for Palma Nova's popularity is its close proximity to the lovely city of Palma, only 20 minutes by car. A regular bus service operates every half an hour.
