"The hotel was very clean and in a good location. The downsides were the waiters, who were extremely rude and the lack of sunbeds available; guests were getting up early to put towels on the beds to save them."

"On arrival had been overbooked we had a night in apartments
which were very basic and very noisey with teenagers all through most of night and into early hours of morning
the rest of our holiday was on the whole very good
i would book through you again and recommend you
all arrangements went as planned and any problems i had were explained"

"No problems with hotel at all everything was lovely and would definitely go again."

"A nice hotel and good entertainment.Near the beach and great views from most rooms. When you go for breakfast or dinner be ready to have to set your own table as the staff have alot to do with too few of them to do the jobs.If you fancy a day by the pool be sure to get your towels down on a sunbed by 8 am or they will have all gone. Not something we liked doing but there is no other option as the kids loved been in the the pool and you need to be able to see them.Good playgrounds at the hotel and near by."

"Stayed at the hotel Hawaii from 14 to 21 June with my husband an 2 young kids.
We found all the negative comments to be unfounded.
ROOM
We stayed in Room 107 which had 2 twin bedrooms and overlooked the bay. This view highly recommended as its simply stunning. The room was nice and clean, a bit old fashioned furniture wise but most hotels abroad are I think. Also, beds were a bit hard. One was particularly lumpy but we told reception and they changed it within 20 minutes.
STAFF
We found nearly all the staff to be nice and friendly with a cheery smile and a hello, a couple of older staff a bit grmpy but didnt spoil it was they were the minority and all the others were great.
FOOD
The food was fine and better than expected except for one evening and one lunch time we couldnt find anything really, but the vast majority it was pretty good., Our children who are very very fussy and I was concerned wouldnt find anything, found something at every breakfast lunch and dinner. We have gone AI before and the food has been awful, we were prepared to eat out this time, and found beacuse of the Euro AI was the better option even without food. We ate out once though so food really was much better than anticipated.
POOL AREA
The pools were nice and very clean if a little small for the size of the hotel, sunbeds though really are an issue. We had to go down everyday at 8am before that if you want a sunshade. This wasnt an issue for us because we were awake with the kids but could be if you dont get up that early.
ENTERTAINMENT
When we first arrived it was evening and we went up to the bar where everyone seemed to be having a good time, but we couldnt understand why. It was very 1970s in atmosphere and decoration, and made us laugh, but as the week progessed and we made firends we really enjoyed ourselves up there and the kids always enjoyed their entertainment.
The childrens entertainer was lovely and the kids really really liked her, and she seemed to like the children as well. Our daughter has never enjoyed a kids club so much, it was the only thing that got her out the swimming pool!!
OVERALL
A fabulous holiday in a great location. We loved it, and we shall definately return. Everyone we spoke with said the same."
