"the cleaners didnt do any cleaning at all & only changed our sheets when i left them on the floor outside our room, there was a leak from the bathroom upstairs so whenever they used their shower it gushed into our room, we reported this but were told its just condensation. every time i bought something in the shop they tried to shortchange me, the smell of the drains was so bad i felt sick & it was always worse at night, thats the bad stuff out of the way, the entertainment was great having a different act or show on every night, the pools were very clean & manned by a lifeguard at all times & the beach & sea were outstanding."
Top Tip:
"to be honest you dont really need to leave the complex, the restraunt where they serve breakfast etc is very good with lovely food, the bar was very expensive so we bought our own drink to have at night, we did go to Marineland for the day but we were mislead by reception who assured us we could swim with the dolphins but that was a complete lie to sell the tickets"Alcudia Pins Hotel check-in Date:

"This was our third year at the Alcudia Pins and this year was as great as the last two. The hotel is great for families with a good kids' club. It's location couldn't be better as it is right on the beauifully sandy beach. This year we went half board and the restaurant is fab and caters for everyone's needs. The hotel was busy but nothing out of the ordinary for school holidays. I would recommend these apartments to any family."
Top Tip:
"We always go in to Alcudia Port (10 min drive or hop on the bus) and visit one of the restaurants in the port for seafood paella - Yum!!!!"Alcudia Pins Hotel check-in Date:
