"I am sure I wouldnt class this hotel as a three star hotel having never stayed at a one star before I would think that it would be like this one. The hotel and surrounding area needed a lot of work and maintenance to bring this hotel back to three stars. It would also have been good to know that the majority of clients were not British they were either German Dutch or Swiss, I only met two other couples who were British, not that this was a big problem other than when the entertainment team was to explain what was happing next, you got it in seven different languages and become very difficult to understand buy the time you tuned your hearing into the broken english of a Swiss compare you missed what he was saying. Talking of the entertainment team they were the best part of the holiday and they tried very hard.
The food wasn’t too bad but felt it was mainly for the continentals rather than for British clients, breakfast without baked beans, tomatoes or a toaster that works was hard to get used to. The rooms were not cleaned very well and there were glasses and cups left on a wall leading to the rooms for the whole two weeks we were there, I was also surprised that the beds and rooms were left undone on Thursdays and Sundays, we even took our own cups back to the restaurant the next day as they were left in our room after they were made up. I felt this was nothing like a three star all inclusive holiday we had been on before. I do feel next time I would need to opt for a package company so that it would mainly be British clients with food which we are used to.
Lastly the shuttle transfers from resorthoppa very good and on time thou I can not understand why you need to ring them 24 hours before you leave to confirm that you are going home I didn’t need to ring the airline to confirm I was going home, still you ring them only to be greeted with a message to say they were busy and you should try again later, then again later, then again later and again later still each time costing a lot of money from your mobile phone, surly It would have been better to assume that I was going home at the time they were told originally and should only phone them if my travel arrangements hade changed. Other than this the weather weren’t bad and I had a nice break."

"Husband's view - shabby and rundown, no escape from entertainment(enthusiastic but mediocre) finishes between 1030 & 1130 due to villas being in close proximity around pool and entertainment area, pool ideal for toddlers but often dirty despite daily sweeping, sunbeds very free range & enough to go round, food good but very 'continental', guests mainly french, dutch, german & scandanavian.
Wife's view -the look of the place & room was a bit disappointing but the pool was fantastic(few tiles needed replacing, could stub toes)the food was great, good choice, loads of fish!not much meat, well meat that we recognised!picnic made up if u went out but needed to take fruit etc in your bag 4kids in day as only ice cream available between meals.maid service&clean towels 5xweek.friendly staff and beds clean&comfy! bath not so clever, peeling!"
