"Stayed at the panorama oct 24 2008 for a week ( half term) we have been to the complex before so knew what to expect. the weather was excellent and we were given apartment 402 a 1 bed, right up at the back of complex where it is very quiet. the apartment was clean we tried to use the sunblind on the balcony but quickly found it was locked with a cycle lock, spoke to the neighbours and they informed us, ours was a private apartment owned by a german guy. i went to reception and spoke to julio who tried very hard to fob me off telling porkies on a few occasions first it was there apartment then not he finally addmitted it was privatley owned and the blind was broken which it clearly was not. eventually after grinding him down he addmitted the owner didnt want anyone to use it in case it got damaged. i felt this was unacceptable as we had paid for the apartment and it 's fittings. about 2 hours later he offered to move us which we declined as we had unpacked.
this complex is in a good location up a short hill to the shops and various bar's with different styles of entertainment.
we went 1/2 board the breakfast was a mixture of hot plate and continental more than adequate, snack bar round the pool and evening meal was again mixture of hot plate and salad bar, only one night it was poor, wednesday night is a bar-b-q out by the pool.
there is a system at the complex the sunbeds are locked up every night and the handyman unlocks them at 9am on the dot, he then rents the umbrella's and bed matress's for 1.50 euro's each there is a scamble at the start as you get a lot of semi retired people and it is quite amusing watching them scramble for there spot each morning, the complex was not that busy even though it was half term but you cant change some folks mind set
if booking this complex be aware that there are a row of apartments on the left side of the complex looking at the pool from reception they back onto a shopping centre and when you open the patio windows you have a tiny balcony and your view is a 40 foot concrete wall so if your unlucky dont unpack go straight to reception and ask for a move, delay and you could find it hard to get a move.
we would use this complex again as we enjoyed our week."

"Brilliant location and although the studio apartment was compact it was immaculate with a 5 days per week maid service. The pool area has been refurbished and is great."

"very clean ,staff very helpfull"

"Rooms were clean and tidy and hotel staff were very helpful.
Pleanty of sunbeds around the pool although some people would be out with there towels first thing to get there spot. This was supposedly not allowed.
Location was ideal as you were only a short walk from the beach or entertainment.
Would certainly go back to this hotel again."

"Fantastic hotel , we booked for 10 nights half board, everything you needed was there, rooms , enterainment , pool ,food all 1st class, only down side was that the local beach , was very crowded, but if you are prepared to walk about 500 metres the other way ,towards salytain, the beach is less crowded, clean , and just off the beach is a great engish bar Heads & tails selling local lager at 1.50 euro a pint, and they made great lunch meals. we will return to this hotel again next year."
