"We loved it, perfect location, quiet but close to all you need – shops, restaurants beach etc. Apartment is tired make no mistake, the price says it all, you will get what you pay for. Not really 2 stars. However if you easy going and are looking for something cheap and cheerful it is great. Our apartment had a great sea view; the balcony had sun from early morning to sunset - great for sunbathing! If you are want middle to upper class hotel, stop being a prat, look in the correct price range and pay accordingly for it( The 4star Arona is next door!).

Los Cristianosis not geared for the younger people – thank goodness – was very impressed how elderly/disabled friendly the whole resort is

Would we go back? Yes, we hope to go back next year....."

"Weve been here several times before as we have friends who own apartments here. The non residential apartments are very basic, no toaster, no kettle, no microwave..But for the money they are ok. We knew what the complex was like so it was alright for us. We had a great time. The pool bar is great, they do great food, and accross the road you can have a great night in the Market Tavern or try the restaurants. All the locals are very friendly, the views are spectacular too. We will definitely go back because we know what it's like but if you are looking for all mod cons then this is not the place for you."

"We have stayed at the Costa Mar before and knew the accommodation would be pretty basic. If you don't mind being woken up by the Fred Olsen Ferries ( 1st one about 8.10am)it is a good location. The building looks very 60's concrete from the outside, but has great views over the harbour from the balcony. It is a short flat walk in to Los Cristianos centre for shops and there are bars very near the apartments. The beach is a bit of a struggle as it is very rocky I took a pair of sea shoes which helped but you need to be quite fit and a confident swimmer just to get in and out ! There is a nicer beach about a 20mins walk away."

"although the apartment was very basic it was clean and we had regular maid service.
We had great time here no rowdys I would not esitate to go back here.
For what we paid it was really good.
Before we arrived I asked if we could have an apartment that looked over the Harbour and Watch the sun go down they gave us it at no extra cost the views were stunning."

"the accomodation was very poor. the toilet was broken when we arrived and the furniture was all old and shabby. the bed linen was old and worn and did not get changed at all . maid service consisted of the bin being emptied. we had to ask for clean towels. the swimming pool was old and tatty and had no water in on one of the days we where there. the location was good ( but for the location we would have asked to be moved to different accomodation. ) the reception staff where realy friendly and helpful especialy when futura airline went bust the day before we where due to fly home. the man at reception helped us to sort things out + didnt charge us to use his phone."
